For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.

Hi, it is an honor to write to you. I receive hope from your site when I'm in need of help. The reason I am writing to you Eugenia is that this year, a lot of bad things have happened to me... My best friend committed suicide and I am having difficulty getting over the shock. This was only 3 months ago...My mind is so dizzy. I need to forget everything and face the reality but I don't know whether I'm too weak.
I love a guy. I have known him since I was young. We were friends in the beginning and became lovers later. There is a misunderstanding between him and me. As a result, he left me. I need to forget him but it is not easy to do so. Every day is a long day full of pains. Eugenia, Can you give me a supportive word? I'd like to move on...

Your chart denotes that you are extremely bright and that you can do very well professionally. This is what you should be concentrating on for the next ten months to a year. By August of next year you will move back into a high cycle regarding love and relationships. Your chart also shows evidence that you are highly creative and that you should be using your creativity in a way that brings you enjoyment so get involved in something that you like doing. You will meet new friends through these activities. This is a time for you to socialize and expand your circle of friends as well as your interests. I was born at 12:25 a.m. on 6 May 1972. Around January 2000, Saturn will return to its position in my natal chart, Gemini. My question is this: What significant effects, if any, will the fact that Saturn, Mars, and Venus are all in Gemini (and retrograde, I believe) in my natal chart have on my Saturn return? (or, more generally, what types of influences can I expect during my Saturn return?)

First of all your natal Mars and Venus are not situated close enough to your natal Saturn in order to form a conjunction. Therefore, I would be more concerned with your natal Saturn opposite your natal Neptune when your Saturn returns strikes between May and July of next year and January and March of 2002. With your natal Moon well aspected to both your natal Saturn and Neptune however I feel comfortable saying that it shouldn't be too difficult. Usually your Saturn return results in reevaluating your life. It is a turning point for most people. In your case it will be in an area that deals with such things as making a move from one state to another (which I might add should be favorable) or deciding to further your education for self-purpose or for career advancement. It can also be a time that children will play a role in your life or that you could be taken advantage of financially. It is not a time that you should trust just anyone, especially with your money. You may want to reconsider the way you spend your spare time socializing. If you have been overindulgent it may be the time to cut back or quit altogether. Saturn is a disciplinarian, a teacher, we are to learn from our past mistakes and use this period of renewed awareness to sort through the clutter in our lives and move on in a positive and refreshed manner. You shouldn't fight Saturn influences, but instead learn to accept the situation you are in and find the most suitable way to make the changes necessary to better your life.

It is the first time that I am writing to you. I know you are an astrologer. Recently, I feel upset because of an emotional relationship and would like to seek your advice. I was born in January 29, 1973 at between 4:00am to 5:00am. This past August, I met a boy who was born in February 29, 1968 (I don't know his birth time). I started going out with him but lately I have found that we don't have much in common to talk about. My friends suggested that we should try to work out for a longer period. I don't what to do. Can you tell me if we are compatible? You advice is much appreciated.

The comparison with your Pisces mate is actually quite favorable. In this case your friends are giving you some good advice to hang in and see where it goes. Unfortunately I feel that you probably just aren't ready to get involved right now. Consider talking to him and telling him that for now you just want to be friends. Possibly if you let your friendship grow you may find that you have more in common. I think that he is probably holding back for fear that you won't like him. Your chart indicates that he is already in a high cycle regarding love and romantic relationships and that your chart will not come into this cycle until the second half of next year. If you decide not to give this young man a chance you should keep in mind that you do match up to his sign as well as to the signs Taurus, Cancer and Virgo as well.
