I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.

Every time I read my horoscope, there is one thing I'd like to know...That's why I'm writing to you, I was born February 2, 1977, at 5:00 AM. Whenever we are unsure of our future, we look up our horoscope. Then, it might only be 50% correct, however, at least we can get to know little,...then for example, people who have financial luck do not have to work and people who don't have, they have to work throughout their lives...Of course we can not just reply on horoscope...we can just get help from it... If our fate is already determined, then what should we do?

Good question. Astrology is a mathematical science and an interpretive art. Only God can determine how long ones life will last but some of the things that we go through in life are determined by what we do as individuals. In your particular case your chart indicates that you are very bright and capable of making a lot of money through investments over the years. You will be in a high cycle regarding learning and educational pursuits as well as travel between now and the July of next year. You should also be looking at all your options regarding your career and job prospects between now and the end of 2001. You can make favorable professional changes if you put your mind to it. You should be careful however that you don't overspend foolishly over the next year and a half on social activities, entertainment, gambling or luxury items. If you can budget wisely until the end of next year you will be in a good position to invest in a worthwhile venture that should be quite prosperous. As you can see, there are good times and bad times to be doing certain things throughout your life. It isn't necessarily true that one person's chart is better than someone else's is but more so that one has better timing than the other does. Astrology can help you decipher when it is the best time to start something new or make a change or take advantage of an opportunity. As I have said many times, the ancient art of astrology is the modern art of timing.

Ok so its been a long couple of weeks (maybe I should say long couple of months) -- basically I've been out partying and having a lot of fun...But lately, I realized that everything around me ends up circling back to the person I "LOATHED" the most in this world. I can't seem to shake her. Every where I turn she's managed to already have been there or have done what I want...every one tells me to "let it go" however it is difficult to do so when she deliberately sticks her face where it doesn't BELONG!?
So my question is: How do I get over the fact that she's already had what I want? and how do I deal with looking at her everyday without wanting to tell her sorry "ASS" off? And how do I get over the one guy I want the most? I was born on July 20, 1975, at 5:00 AM.

You are destroying yourself and holding yourself back because of the inability to let go of something that is not changeable at the moment. The sweetest revenge is always your own success and until you get that through your head you are not likely to move forward. Get a grip and get on with your life. No one is worth the aggravation that you are letting this person put you through. You are going through a high cycle regarding love and if you are hanging on to the past you won't be able to take advantage of any romantic opportunity that comes your way. I have in the last several years come out of my denial as a person and become more conscious. In the past however, I have not always made the best choices in relationships. I either stayed too long or left too soon. I am attractive and interesting but am wondering if astrologically there will be better times in the future for relationships than the present. Things seem to be difficult for love and money at this time. In the past things seemed to happen more naturally but now I just seem to be sitting on the "fence of life" When will I jump off. You are going through a period that can cloud your perception especially where relationships are concerned and therefore sitting on the fence may not be a bad idea for now. You can however put your efforts into areas that are positive in your life. Consider making new friends by getting involved in organizations you believe in.
