I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.

Every time I read my horoscope, there is one thing I'd like to know...That's why I'm writing to you, I was born February 2, 1977, at 5:00 AM. Whenever we are unsure of our future, we look up our horoscope. Then, it might only be 50% correct, however, at least we can get to know little,...then for example, people who have financial luck do not have to work and people who don't have, they have to work throughout their lives...Of course we can not just reply on horoscope...we can just get help from it... If our fate is already determined, then what should we do?

Good question. Astrology is a mathematical science and an interpretive art. Only God can determine how long ones life will last but some of the things that we go through in life are determined by what we do as individuals. In your particular case your chart indicates that you are very bright and capable of making a lot of money through investments over the years. You will be in a high cycle regarding learning and educational pursuits as well as travel between now and the July of next year. You should also be looking at all your options regarding your career and job prospects between now and the end of 2001. You can make favorable professional changes if you put your mind to it. You should be careful however that you don't overspend foolishly over the next year and a half on social activities, entertainment, gambling or luxury items. If you can budget wisely until the end of next year you will be in a good position to invest in a worthwhile venture that should be quite prosperous. As you can see, there are good times and bad times to be doing certain things throughout your life. It isn't necessarily true that one person's chart is better than someone else's is but more so that one has better timing than the other does. Astrology can help you decipher when it is the best time to start something new or make a change or take advantage of an opportunity. As I have said many times, the ancient art of astrology is the modern art of timing.

After my painful divorce 6 years ago, I've had several psychic readings ranging from California through Maine. One of them said that I would remarry gain, and the next person will be a Sagittarius. Well, the new person whom I found to be my soul mate is a Libra; he was born 10/15/1961; I was born 8/20/1960. Yet, there is another person who is also pursuing me was born 12/5/1960. What worries me is one psychic reader said that my second relationship will not last, and that I will meet another one at 50's. I haven't found anyone that fits me like a glove like this Libra, and I want to be with him for the rest of my life. Yet the above readings greatly concerned me, and I want to disbelieve them. I've always found your reading to be true to what is happening in my life.

Your chart indicates that you are continuing to go through many changes with regard to your personal life. You are in a high cycle where love and romance are concerned however and you have met the two men in question at an appropriate time. You do however match up better to the Libra. There are never any guarantees when it comes to relationships. What you put in you get out however if you tend to do more for your partner you will eventually feel used. It takes hard work to keep a relationship fresh and stimulating and unfortunately in today's society few people are willing to work that hard. If you make an effort to communicate with your Libra mate there is no reason why it can't last. Keep in mind that you must also maintain your looks when dating a Libra. They are very visual and if you let yourself go it could spell disaster for a long-term connection.

I'm 19 a year-old boy. I'm walking on a different route compared to normal students. I can't finish the education that an ordinary student should do. I have been hanging around without going to school. And I am now tired of everything. I have enrolled in high school three times and the results are getting worse. The area of your chart that deals with education has been going through a very confusing and difficult period. Emotional troubles regarding learning have limited your ability to sit still and take in information. You are the type of individual who needs to follow a unique path in life. You will do well once you realize your true calling. I believe that your talents are in areas that deal with creativity, helping others and investigation. You are coming into a period that can be depressing but it should help you settle down where your studies are concerned. Don't be so hard on yourself. If you enroll in high school now you will have more discipline and therefore you should do fine. You do need a goal that will keep you on the right track. Once you know what you want to do for a living you will discover that you will do very well regarding higher education, apprenticeships or whatever path you take. You are bright, sensitive and certainly have a chart that shows promise as you move into your adult and working years. Don't give up, instead set your mind on your end goal and push for success.
