I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.

This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.

Every time I read my horoscope, there is one thing I'd like to know...That's why I'm writing to you, I was born February 2, 1977, at 5:00 AM. Whenever we are unsure of our future, we look up our horoscope. Then, it might only be 50% correct, however, at least we can get to know little,...then for example, people who have financial luck do not have to work and people who don't have, they have to work throughout their lives...Of course we can not just reply on horoscope...we can just get help from it... If our fate is already determined, then what should we do?

Good question. Astrology is a mathematical science and an interpretive art. Only God can determine how long ones life will last but some of the things that we go through in life are determined by what we do as individuals. In your particular case your chart indicates that you are very bright and capable of making a lot of money through investments over the years. You will be in a high cycle regarding learning and educational pursuits as well as travel between now and the July of next year. You should also be looking at all your options regarding your career and job prospects between now and the end of 2001. You can make favorable professional changes if you put your mind to it. You should be careful however that you don't overspend foolishly over the next year and a half on social activities, entertainment, gambling or luxury items. If you can budget wisely until the end of next year you will be in a good position to invest in a worthwhile venture that should be quite prosperous. As you can see, there are good times and bad times to be doing certain things throughout your life. It isn't necessarily true that one person's chart is better than someone else's is but more so that one has better timing than the other does. Astrology can help you decipher when it is the best time to start something new or make a change or take advantage of an opportunity. As I have said many times, the ancient art of astrology is the modern art of timing.

MY HUSBAND HAS HAD AN AFFAIR. I need to know if it is over. I need to know if he plans to stay around, and if so, for how long. Is he just pacifying me till things blow-over. I do not know how many years the two of you have managed to stay together but I must admit the comparison is not very good especially from a physical aspect. Although your husband is capable of having an affair and he is probably still is in the midst of it he doesn't have the type of chart that is any more inclined to do so than yours. You are both in a high cycle between now and the end of the summer of next year regarding love, relationships etc. This can mean that you will both find new partners or that you will try to get the relationship you have with one another back on track. I have seen plenty of couples that don't match up all that well astrologically have a long and lasting union so if you feel you have any love left for on another consider giving it one last try between now and the spring of next year. If it still isn't working move on. I suggest that you talk to your lawyer and gather all the information you require regarding your husbands assets so that you are prepared to win a good settlement. Your husband does keep secrets from you regarding what he is up to, how he feels and how much he is worth or makes. Your chart indicates that you do have some high cycles coming up during the later part of next year regarding coming into money however that could be a divorce settlement, insurance It's most likely that it will be one of the first five possibilities. Your chart does indicate that the dynamic of the situation in your home is changing this year and that your husband will be emotionally uncertain as to what he should do. Hello Eugenia,

I really don't know how to dress this up to sound any different than a million other peoples problem but my financial situation has been so bad for so long now I really am losing all hope of ever getting back up off the floor. I really do value your input as you correctly told me the outcome of a relationship I thought was rock solid.

I'm a divorced dad, live alone and have a mountain of debt thanks to loans to keep myself afloat. Trouble is I'm sinking again. And please believe me when I tell you I am careful with money to the point of boredom.

Do you see any point for me to keep coming back or is this my lot in life?

There does appear to be some relief just around the corner. The transit began August 10th and will continue with you until October 9th. It denotes that you can make some financial changes through career choices. You should be trying to do one of two things or both. Pick up another job or look for one that will pay you more and although you may say been there, tried that, in the past it probably would not have done you any good but over the course of the next two months it is apparent that you should be able to up your income if you apply for a better position or take on an extra job. That will at least help you get out of the hole you are in. With Mars being closest to the earth that it has been in 60,000 years and Jupiter quickly moving into the sign Jupiter opposite Mars there is a lot of anxiety that people are undergoing right now. In your case it does fall in an area that deals with how you earn your living and what you do with the money you earn. I do believe that you are careful with your cash but I also believe that there are other means that you can take to make your money stretch. The area of your chart that deals with investments is stabilizing and where property, dealing with other people's money, taxes rebates, insurance surrenders, inheritances, winnings and coming into money that you don't physically work for is now moving into a much higher cycle. This can also be a time that you discover that you have an asset that you either forgot about or that you realize you can turn over in order to consolidate your debt. You must be creative in your financial thinking and don't be afraid to invest a little in yourself. You may be able to offer a service on the side that will enable you to turn some of the negatives in your life into positives. I know that your chart has gone through some very difficult times financially the past two to three years but put that behind you and start to concentrate on what you have to offer. Now is the time to make your moves my friend. You have two months to do so. Don't give up now when the tables are just about to turn. It's up to you to initiate these changes and make them so.
