I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.

This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.

I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

Every time I read my horoscope, there is one thing I'd like to know...That's why I'm writing to you, I was born February 2, 1977, at 5:00 AM. Whenever we are unsure of our future, we look up our horoscope. Then, it might only be 50% correct, however, at least we can get to know little,...then for example, people who have financial luck do not have to work and people who don't have, they have to work throughout their lives...Of course we can not just reply on horoscope...we can just get help from it... If our fate is already determined, then what should we do?

Good question. Astrology is a mathematical science and an interpretive art. Only God can determine how long ones life will last but some of the things that we go through in life are determined by what we do as individuals. In your particular case your chart indicates that you are very bright and capable of making a lot of money through investments over the years. You will be in a high cycle regarding learning and educational pursuits as well as travel between now and the July of next year. You should also be looking at all your options regarding your career and job prospects between now and the end of 2001. You can make favorable professional changes if you put your mind to it. You should be careful however that you don't overspend foolishly over the next year and a half on social activities, entertainment, gambling or luxury items. If you can budget wisely until the end of next year you will be in a good position to invest in a worthwhile venture that should be quite prosperous. As you can see, there are good times and bad times to be doing certain things throughout your life. It isn't necessarily true that one person's chart is better than someone else's is but more so that one has better timing than the other does. Astrology can help you decipher when it is the best time to start something new or make a change or take advantage of an opportunity. As I have said many times, the ancient art of astrology is the modern art of timing.

Dear Eugenia,

I have written to you many times in hopes of a response from you. I desperately need your advise on a situation that seems irresolvable to me. Firstly, I would like to say that you are a wonderfully gifted person and I enjoy your website very much, and I wish you continued success with your new T.V. show.

I am a Capricorn female (please do not include any birth information date, place or time of any of the people mentioned in this email, thank you). Born XXX. XX, XXXX, XX X:XX pm. I am involved with two people, a Leo male we will call Leo born XXX. XX, XXXX. I am very close to this person and I am very happy with him. I am also involved with a Cancer male, we will call Gerald. The Cancer's birthday is XXXX X, XXXX. What do you see in my relationships with these two men. My heart belongs to Leo, but I feel responsible toward Gerald. How do you see them with regards to how they feel about me. Also my Leo is involved with a crazy woman, born XXXX XX, XXXX. She is an extremely jealous and insecure person. I do not usually omit birth data because I believe that it is of interest especially for students of astrology. One of the best ways to learn the subject is to take the data, cast the chart and see if you come up with a similar answer to the one I have given. In your case however I am going to make an exception.

I can see your dilemma. You do match up to your Leo however when it comes right down to it your comparison with Gerald is actually a little bit better. Your relationship with Gerald may be tired and in need of some added spice of life but that is attainable as long as you rid yourself of the Leo in your life. Your Leo on the other hand, like it or not, matches up just as well if not better to his crazy woman whom I might add may not be so crazy if he were more trust worthy in his relationships. This Leo gets plenty of opportunities to flirt and so forth and he can be quite a woman's man. You are drawn to him for various reasons but I must admit there is some deception showing in your connection with him and I venture to say that is will lead to absolutely no good if you continue down this pathway. Your attraction to one another is physical and this is just not good enough. You will end up hurting two people that you are both well suited to if you continue to play this game. The crazy woman has just gone through two and a half years of suffering, limitations and depression and it is probably due to your playful way of dealing with her mate. Back off before you find yourself at a point of no return. I believe the end result will be a loss for you on all counts. Unfortunately according to what I see in the crazy woman's chart her Leo love is probably going to leave her or make a personal change in his life putting you in a position to turn your back on Gerald to be with your Leo love. Your Cancer, Gerald I believe has been in the dark and has trusted a little too much. His limitations ring out loud and clear especially after the end of May of this year. Times are changing for all of you and I fear that the end result may be you with your Leo leaving two shattered hearts by the wayside. Article: A Second Opinion

Dear Eugenia,

I never believed in love at first sight before....nor the "fireworks" during a first kiss...and I always thought it ridiculous when I heard people say they just couldn't live without "so-and-so". But, I have experienced these undeniable feelings in the past year. A much older gentleman has, quite literally, STOLEN MY HEART. I have never been so incapable of walking away from someone in my entire life. I never want to do without him...he's all I want...and all I need.

In the beginning he fell in love with me first (and told me so) and, I soon followed. I am 37 and he is 58. But, I don't think either of us even notices the age difference, because we "connect" so naturally. Some of the problems we've had are: 1.) He's a Christian and I'm an atheist. 2.)He has a problem trusting women...he has unrealistic expectations concerning honesty (he believes all women are liars). 3.) He's sometimes manipulative (which I find challenging). 4.) He refuses to give me any kind of a commitment. 5.) A friend of mine that has studied astrology for 35 years warned me of his dangerous temper, and great need to control...this advice from her has caused my imagination to work over-time and has caused some real problems between he and I...I've had trouble trusting him...and that bothers him...and me. We've broken up a couple of times, and then always find our way back to each other. This astrologer friend of mine is my ex-boyfriend's mother, and I have always suspected she is "saving" me for her son when the "time" is right for us to get together again. But, I have no proof.

My birth info: 2-5-64, 7:37pm, His birth info: 2-7-43, 6:05pm, The older gentleman and I met for the first time somewhere between April 3 and April 13, 2000 (last year). He was a potential customer of mine. I was calling on his business (we were instantly inseparable...all we wanted to do was talk to one another....we still do). My question is: Can you go back and see during those dates if either of us were suppose to meet our "soul mates"?

I need to know this. I am raising two teenagers on my own and don't want to waste my time with a man that is just using me. I'd like to know if he really loves me, if I can trust him, and if we have a future together or not. I do not believe that the astrologer giving you the information is too far off the mark. Your comparison with this man was not all that great. I believe that there is some deception involved in your connection. You have recently been going through a rough period regarding relationships and this could be the reason for the problems that you are experiencing with him however I do believe that there is more to it. He is controlling at an emotional level and I do not believe that you are one to be controlled with your strong Aquarius personality however with your Venus in Pisces and the type of transits that you are experiencing I believe that you are in what I call a messiah mood meaning that in some way part of the attraction is feeling vulnerable and out of control. I do believe that you will continue on with him until you can't take it any more I believe that you will be in a high cycle for love or past lovers coming back into your life next year and I hope that you have the wherewithal to walk away from this connection by that time so that you might actually hook up with someone who could be considered your soul mate.
