I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I really need your help. I just celebrated my birthday and I could ask for little more than a response to brighten my day. I was recently proposed to by a wonderful man whom I used to date in high school. (November 4th, 2000)We have very much kept in touch. He told me not too long ago that he has been in love with me for a year. He was born on February 3rd, 1981 at 4:39am. He currently resides in Turkey, where he is stationed until next month. Then he will be back home in New Mexico on his base. I was born at 7:04am on November 15th, 1981. I am 97% sure that I will say yes, but I suppose that other 3% is waiting on a sign. I can think of no better sign than a response from you. I have heard speeches from every possible angle about how I should enjoy being young and that I shouldn't get serious. The thing is, I enjoy being serious. Its one of my goals in life to marry a loving husband, and he is in front of my eyes. I would greatly appreciate a response from you that would help me in either direction. I would love to see what the stars have lined up for us. I will be anxiously awaiting your response.

You are a serious person and I can see by your chart that you want to be in love, get married, have a family and live happily ever after. I do believe however that although the comparison is good that uncertainties are also present and the fact that you are looking for a sign to tell you to go for it means that as sure as you think you are you do have some reservations. I believe that you will accept his proposal and that you will marry your Aquarius partner but I also believe that for as much as you have in common there will be some obstacles along the way. Those could perhaps be his constant traveling about or being stationed somewhere that is potentially dangerous. Your comparison does indicate that mentally, physically and emotionally you do match quite nicely and that you are going through a period that is favorable for settling down and making a commitment. There is so much going on in my life that I don't know where to start. I can not believe that I have chosen to write this letter, but I guess I am hoping for confirmation that I am correct. My life has never felt more confused and not my own then it does right now. I want to focus my attention on my education and let go of all the other things in my life that I feel are holding me back. I am being pulled in all different directions. I am trying to fight the distractions and need to find a way to balance my life in order for me to achieve the things I want (have) to achieve on this earth. I have been searching for a counselor that can shed some light and provide the reassurance of love. I have only encountered counselors with no energy resembling that love.
I feel as if the only way I can accomplish my goals is to have some solace. I feel like I need to take a break from the energy I create and turn into myself so that I may become more confident in my energy and use it for what it is intended. I am ready to use it for whatever purposes are intended, but I do not know which way to go to achieve this goal.
I am looking for someone who understands, and someone who will be able to make me understand. I think the person who is really able to understand me will be able to communicate their energy to me. You are on the path that you have to follow right now and even if it doesn't necessarily take you where you think you want to go much will be gained from the experiences and challenges you encounter. It is apparent that there are some issues that have arisen over the course of the past year and a half that have left you questioning what is right for you. From what I can establish by your chart in order to make the most of your transits you should be resolving issues concerning a parent or close friend. Difficulties in areas that deal with communication and secrets have clouded the perspective of yourself as well as of others. Many changes are apparent regarding your home and family and these can be favorable if you follow your heart and do what's best for you this time. The educational area of your chart has been and still is being negatively transited and this can cause problems when it comes to accomplishing your goals. This problem is lifting this month and although you may continue to have some issues with faculty or your educational choices you should find it easier to push ahead. I wrote to you once before, but it appears my letter was overlooked. I'm beginning to feel a little stressed over a situation that appears to be inevitable in my love life. I'm a Sagittarius, born December 2, 1961 at 9:45 p.m. A few years ago I met a wonderful man at work. He's a Gemini; born June 2, 1960 (I'm not sure of the time). I have a wonderful connection with this man--when we talk we're so connected that we finish each other's sentences. I also feel a strong connection in that I can feel his energy around me when he's not there. I've never felt this way with anyone before---not even my ex-husband. He was going through his divorce about the same time I was (shortly after we met), and we've been friends since then. I would like a romantic relationship with him, and I feel he wants one with me too but he seems to take two steps forward and then hold back. I can only assume this is because he's cautious of being hurt again. He won't reveal the reason to me. About six weeks ago, I met another man (Scorpio, born November 9, 1964, I don't know the time). We've talked a lot on the phone and started to date. I don't feel the same attraction with the Scorpio that I do with the Gemini, but the Scorpio is more "forward" in his approach which I really like. He also is not afraid to talk about his feelings, which I think is very important. I like him a lot--he's very sweet, considerate, intelligent and fun. I intend to keep dating the Scorpio. Can you tell me if the Gemini will ever step forward the way I've always hoped he would?I dread making choices between men, but I can almost see how this will play out. I'll start getting involved with the Scorpio and the Gemini will finally step forward and I'll feel guilty and torn. You are still going through a very unstable period where relationships are concerned. To try to make a decision at this time would probably end in a negative spin. Both comparisons were just adequate. I think that you can do much better. I get the feeling that you don't like to be single, that you truly want someone to love when really you'd be best to go it alone for at least a little longer.
