I really need your help. I just celebrated my birthday and I could ask for little more than a response to brighten my day. I was recently proposed to by a wonderful man whom I used to date in high school. (November 4th, 2000)We have very much kept in touch. He told me not too long ago that he has been in love with me for a year. He was born on February 3rd, 1981 at 4:39am. He currently resides in Turkey, where he is stationed until next month. Then he will be back home in New Mexico on his base. I was born at 7:04am on November 15th, 1981. I am 97% sure that I will say yes, but I suppose that other 3% is waiting on a sign. You are a serious person and I can see by your chart that you want to be in love, get married, have a family and live happily ever after. I do believe however that although the comparison is good that uncertainties are also present and the fact that you are looking for a sign to tell you to go for it means that as sure as you think you are you do have some reservations. I believe that you will accept his proposal and that you will marry your Aquarius partner but I also believe that for as much as you have in common there will be some obstacles along the way. Those could perhaps be his constant traveling about or being stationed somewhere that is potentially dangerous. I went on a first date with a fellow two days ago and I'm finding myself head over heels for him. His birthday is Jan. 22, 1974. He is 27 now, so I think that birth year is correct. I was born May 21, 1979.
My question is, should I continue to see him and try to start a relationship with him or should I get out before I find myself hurt by him. I've been hurt so many times in the past that I just want to protect myself from the heartache again.
Everything I've read so far has said that we are a compatible couple but I'm concerned with the fact that I am on the cusp of Gemini and Taurus and he is on the cusp of Aquarius and Capricorn. The comparison was pretty good. Have you ever heard the saying that it is better to have loved and lost then to never have loved at all? You can't spare yourself hurt for that is the very essence that helps us grow and learn what it truly is that we want in a mate. To run away from someone that you would like to get to know better is not progressive, helpful or courageous. I'm not saying that this relationship will go the distance but I do feel that if you can learn from one another it is well worth the time and effort that you both put in. This man is bright, aloof and needs his space. He also shows traces of having a temper. He falls in an area of your chart that lends itself to having some fun together however you mustn't let him manipulate you. You must remain true to yourself and not become a yes person who does whatever he wants. This man needs a strong woman who can stand on her own two feet and contribute to the relationship intelligently and playfully. After my painful divorce 6 years ago, I've had several psychic readings ranging from California through Maine. One of them said that I would remarry gain, and the next person will be a Sagittarius. Well, the new person whom I found to be my soul mate is a Libra; he was born 10/15/1961; I was born 8/20/1960. Yet, there is another person who is also pursuing me was born 12/5/1960. You are in a high cycle where love and romance are concerned however and you have met the two men in question at an appropriate time. You do however match up better to the Libra. There are never any guarantees when it comes to relationships. What you put in you get out however if you tend to do more for your partner you will eventually feel used. It takes hard work to keep a relationship fresh and stimulating and unfortunately in today's society few people are willing to work that hard. If you make an effort to communicate with your Libra mate there is no reason why it can't last. Keep in mind that you must also maintain your looks when dating a Libra. They are very visual and if you let yourself go it could spell disaster for a long-term connection.
