I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I really need your help. I just celebrated my birthday and I could ask for little more than a response to brighten my day. I was recently proposed to by a wonderful man whom I used to date in high school. (November 4th, 2000)We have very much kept in touch. He told me not too long ago that he has been in love with me for a year. He was born on February 3rd, 1981 at 4:39am. He currently resides in Turkey, where he is stationed until next month. Then he will be back home in New Mexico on his base. I was born at 7:04am on November 15th, 1981. I am 97% sure that I will say yes, but I suppose that other 3% is waiting on a sign. I can think of no better sign than a response from you. I have heard speeches from every possible angle about how I should enjoy being young and that I shouldn't get serious. The thing is, I enjoy being serious. Its one of my goals in life to marry a loving husband, and he is in front of my eyes. I would greatly appreciate a response from you that would help me in either direction. I would love to see what the stars have lined up for us. I will be anxiously awaiting your response.

You are a serious person and I can see by your chart that you want to be in love, get married, have a family and live happily ever after. I do believe however that although the comparison is good that uncertainties are also present and the fact that you are looking for a sign to tell you to go for it means that as sure as you think you are you do have some reservations. I believe that you will accept his proposal and that you will marry your Aquarius partner but I also believe that for as much as you have in common there will be some obstacles along the way. Those could perhaps be his constant traveling about or being stationed somewhere that is potentially dangerous. Your comparison does indicate that mentally, physically and emotionally you do match quite nicely and that you are going through a period that is favorable for settling down and making a commitment. I have always been told by various persons that I fall into the cusp between two signs-Virgo and Libra.? When I read astrological forecasts, some writers place me as a Virgo and others as a Libra. Dear Eugenia please solve this confusion for me! I was born September 23, 1964 at 9:45 pm.

You are a Libra by Sun Sign but that is where the Libra ends. You have three planets, Mercury, Uranus and Pluto in the sign Virgo, both Venus and Mars in Leo, your Moon and Jupiter in Taurus, Saturn in Aquarius and Neptune in Scorpio. We are all made up of various planets in different signs so don?t put so many onuses on your Sun Sign. In your case your Libra Sun falls in an area that deals with your home environment and that means that you will deal with issues that have to do with home and family using the characteristics of that sign. But when it comes to the way you think and communicate Virgo rules. Regarding how you deal with money and how you can earn a living Leo is the sign that counts. Your personality will sometimes take on the sign Gemini because that is your Rising Sign. You are emotionally stable with your Moon in Taurus and with Jupiter there as well you do know what to do when opportunity arises. Thank you so much for your help, Eugenia. I am a Leo born 11/08/76 at 12:0 PM, and recently I have been offered a wonderful chance to move overseas for a new job opportunity. The offer happened rather quickly- within 3 weeks I was being set up with a contract. The field itself is not what I wish to forever do in life, but it does bring in a steady income until I can pursue a life in the arts. My question is this: does it look favorable, this move? It is a rather deep commitment to move one's life to a new country, a new culture. But something tells me it may just be what I need at the moment. What do you think?

Although the opportunity appears to be splendid I do have reservations regarding some of the people you meet along the way who may try to stand in your way or hold you back over the course of the next couple of years. I believe however that this will happen whether you stay or whether you go so it shouldn't be an issue or a deciding factor. You do have a creative chart but I feel that if you start to make some decent money your artistic goals may turn into hobbies instead of your future profession. You may have to decide what is more important to you, financial security or doing something that you truly love to do.
