This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.

Dear Eugenia,

I really need your help. I just celebrated my birthday and I could ask for little more than a response to brighten my day. I was recently proposed to by a wonderful man whom I used to date in high school. (November 4th, 2000)We have very much kept in touch. He told me not too long ago that he has been in love with me for a year. He was born on February 3rd, 1981 at 4:39am. He currently resides in Turkey, where he is stationed until next month. Then he will be back home in New Mexico on his base. I was born at 7:04am on November 15th, 1981. I am 97% sure that I will say yes, but I suppose that other 3% is waiting on a sign. I can think of no better sign than a response from you. I have heard speeches from every possible angle about how I should enjoy being young and that I shouldn't get serious. You are a serious person and I can see by your chart that you want to be in love, get married, have a family and live happily ever after. I do believe however that although the comparison is good that uncertainties are also present and the fact that you are looking for a sign to tell you to go for it means that as sure as you think you are you do have some reservations. I believe that you will accept his proposal and that you will marry your Aquarius partner but I also believe that for as much as you have in common there will be some obstacles along the way. Those could perhaps be his constant traveling about or being stationed somewhere that is potentially dangerous. The area of your chart that deals with academics is quite favorable. Not only does it show determination and desire to get ahead but also that you have a good memory. Over the course of the past three years however there has been a transit that may have stood in the way of your capabilities. This transit moved off your chart early this year and that means you should be getting back on track. You will find the next several years much better regarding both lower and higher education. Regarding your friendships, you have had similar limitations because the same area of your chart represents your peers and classmates. Where a more romantic partner is concerned you are just entering a favorable period now and it will be with you until late spring of next year. You match up well to those born under the signs Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Sagittarius and Aquarius. How do I get a reading done from you?? I watch your show, but it seems like you are in Toronto. How does one get a reading if they live in Vancouver from you? I also want to know whether it is a good time for me to return back to school. I work in the Construction Industry and I am thinking of taking some industry related courses. I am also concerned about my love life, I haven't been in a relationship since 1996, at that point I let go of a six-year relationship and felt we were going different directions. I dated someone in 2002 for about 6 weeks and it suddenly ended. What is in store for me now? I am pretty sociable; I try not to go to the bars to meet men, where else would you suggest?? The gentleman from 2002, is there another possibility for us, all I know is he was born Feb 6, 1965.

You will find it easier to return to school or to take course later this year and next however in the mean time the area of your chart that deals with your profession is moving into a high cycle over the next couple of months so you may want to take a last stab at finding something that you really enjoy doing during this period. Regarding your relationships I believe that you will have some opportunities to meet someone through your new position. You did have a good comparison with t he gentleman in question however I feel that the timing was probably wrong. If you want to check him out again I suggest that you contact him in June/July.
