This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.

Dear Eugenia,

I really need your help. I just celebrated my birthday and I could ask for little more than a response to brighten my day. I was recently proposed to by a wonderful man whom I used to date in high school. (November 4th, 2000)We have very much kept in touch. He told me not too long ago that he has been in love with me for a year. He was born on February 3rd, 1981 at 4:39am. He currently resides in Turkey, where he is stationed until next month. Then he will be back home in New Mexico on his base. I was born at 7:04am on November 15th, 1981. I am 97% sure that I will say yes, but I suppose that other 3% is waiting on a sign. I can think of no better sign than a response from you. I have heard speeches from every possible angle about how I should enjoy being young and that I shouldn't get serious. The thing is, I enjoy being serious. Its one of my goals in life to marry a loving husband, and he is in front of my eyes. You are a serious person and I can see by your chart that you want to be in love, get married, have a family and live happily ever after. I do believe however that although the comparison is good that uncertainties are also present and the fact that you are looking for a sign to tell you to go for it means that as sure as you think you are you do have some reservations. I believe that you will accept his proposal and that you will marry your Aquarius partner but I also believe that for as much as you have in common there will be some obstacles along the way. Those could perhaps be his constant traveling about or being stationed somewhere that is potentially dangerous. Your comparison does indicate that mentally, physically and emotionally you do match quite nicely and that you are going through a period that is favorable for settling down and making a commitment. Article: Leo Rising

Dear Eugenia,

I came across this website tonight and found myself hopeful in finding the answer to my question. I am a Capricorn (12/28/81) with the time approximately 6pm. Many times I have read about my sign that it is hard for me to have fulfilling relationships. The strange thing is that I never had any. My relationships with males such as my father, male friends, and boyfriends have always been tremendously turbulent. I recently started dated someone (08/13/79) who surprisingly turned out to be very important in my life. I'm scared that all the predictions about Capricorns and Leo's are true (they say our signs do not match well) and that this relationship will not go far due to the descriptions of my sign and my proof of past history. Dear Eugenia,

How are you? I resigned from work three months ago. I did not want to look for a new job because I decided to set up my own boutique. During the preparation, I encountered many difficulties in financing and searching for shop location. I have already spent a large amount of money in the preparation and research stage. My family objects to my plans. They think that I am taking a risk, but I cannot stop at this point because I have invested quite a lot. Since the family is not rich, I don't know whether I should continue to fulfil my dream or not. Can you give me some advice? I was born October 20, 1973, at 12 PM.

You do have a struggle ahead of you however the possibilities of success are evident. You will find that your hard work will start to pay off if you can maintain your position until May/June of next year. If this means holding down two jobs to do so I feel that it will be worth your while. Your other option will be to take on a partner however I feel that you may not find someone suitable who will be honest with you so if you can do it by yourself you should. Overspending and poor investments over the past three months show clearly in your chart and that will be the hardest thing to overcome but with a second job you should be able to survive. Do not expand when you do start to make money instead work with what you have for as long as possible before going into any more expense.
