For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I'm seventeen and I should be deciding what I want to study. I was four years old when I decided that I wanted to be an elementary school teacher, and I still want to be one, but lately I have started to think that I want something else. Maybe I would be better in another job. I don't know anymore, if I want to be a teacher. I mean I can be pretty stubborn. And stayed in my ways. Perhaps I am just trying to complete what I think I should be doing. I just don't know what to do. I don't want to think later on, that I made a wrong decision. Please help me... I was born on November 6, 1983, at 2:44 PM.

Education, communication, travel, teaching, publishing, journalism are all areas that you would do well in. I do however understand why you automatically thought that you would like to teach from a very young age. Your chart denotes that you have several planets in an area that deals with teaching children. It shows dedication, caring, openness, understanding and an ability to fight for what the young people today need so desperately. You have plenty to offer and you can make a difference to the educational system, which you have to admit, does need improvement. You should aim to follow your first choice however you have a lot of life ahead of you so don't rule out a few of your other choices as well. If you can teach in a foreign country for a period of time or travel with your students or work toward making amendments to the system you will get the satisfaction you desire by following your future goals.

I have this wonderful friend in my life that I share so much with. We travel together, make art, shop, talk for hours, go on midnight adventures, love the same food, find each other hilarious, hug every time we say goodbye, and can't spend two days apart. I haven't had a man in my life, long term, for over three years. This guy seems to have found his way into my life, and my heart, but is it more than friendship? What are the possibilities for us? My birthday is Feb 12/76 (4:15pm), his is June 27/75 (4:15am). I was told that my moon is Cancer (his sun), and his moon is Aquarius (my sun). Is that right? What does that mean for us? The comparison does show a definite admiration between the two of you. I am a big believer that you have to be friends before you become lovers. That doesn't mean that you won't have chemistry. The stronger the chemistry is the more important it is to go slow and build the friendship first. In your particular case you do have your Moon in Cancer and he does have his Moon in Aquarius and this is a start. The problem I feel that you are facing is that even though he was born under the warm Cancer sign he has a few elements in his chart that tell me he is not going to want to settle down at a young age. If for some reason he does I fear it won't be lasting. He is not always honest with himself or with his partners and this can lead to problems. You are best to remain friends for now. He is going through changes this summer as well as throughout next year and it would be sad if you jumped into a hot intimate relationship only to lose the friendship that you both enjoy. He is going to have to be the one to make the move and if he should do so especially over the course of the next year I think that it will end in disappointment. I know it's the third time I'm writing this letter and I hope I really don't disturb you but I want to know if the relationship I have with a good friend of mine is going to last. His birthday is 6 December 1981, 15:30 pm and mine is October 9, 1980, at 11:50 am. We have been friends since we were 6 years old and lately, he showed me that he wants something more than friendship. I wasn't in love with him but I had very strong feelings for him and so we had a relationship for a year. I am sad because it didn't work since I couldn't open up to him; I felt he didn't let me. Now he holds grudges because I asked him to break up because I thought that that was better for him and for me. I want to make things work again because I think that if we both want it we can make it work although it seems difficult and we hurt each other sometimes. I really don't want to lose him and I'm ready to fight for our relationship. So do you think it will work? Is it worth trying for? Please tell me because it's really very important to me.

The comparison with your Sagittarius friend was really quite good. I believe however that you both need more time. You obviously hurt his feelings and he is definitely a very proud man. You must get your friendship back on track first and then let nature take it's coarse. You will both be in a better position to readdress your relationship in 2004/2005. Considering you've known each other since you were kids you should be able to talk things through and get your priorities straight regarding the way you feel about one another at that time. Physically and mentally you match up well but emotionally there are some problems. Your inability to open up especially regarding the way you feel about being intimate with him must be dealt with and the only way that will happen is if you communicate. I do believe however that the timing has not been right for this relationship as of yet and that if you wait for another year you will both be in a much better frame of mind to deal with the problems that you face.
