I am a Cancer, born 7/15/70 at 12:03 p.m. Currently I am having an affair with a Libra born 9/29/73. I do not know the time of his birth. Everything I have read states that I am not compatible with a Libra and that we should not be attracted to each other. If this is true how come the attraction to this Libra is so strong?

Astrological compatibility is often misinterpreted due to Sun Sign astrology. Although matching up Sun Signs can be fun it isn't accurate. In your case you have Libra rising with two planets in that sign and the Sign Aries in an area of your chart that deals with relationships making you compatible to both Libra and Aries. In the case of your Libra friend he has his Moon in Scorpio compatible to your Cancer Sun and natal Mars. His natal Venus is in Scorpio another water sign compatible to your Cancer Sun and Mars. I must caution however that the entire comparison isn't favorable. Like all relationships problems exist. Although I believe that you are both being honest with one another you are obviously having an affair and you aren't being honest with your other partners. You should back up and get your current relationships in order before you go any further.

I do not know how many years the two of you have managed to stay together but I must admit the comparison is not very good especially from a physical aspect. Although your husband is capable of having an affair and he is probably still is in the midst of it he doesn't have the type of chart that is any more inclined to do so than yours. You are both in a high cycle between now and the end of the summer of next year regarding love, relationships etc. This can mean that you will both find new partners or that you will try to get the relationship you have with one another back on track. I have seen plenty of couples that don't match up all that well astrologically have a long and lasting union so if you feel you have any love left for on another consider giving it one last try between now and the spring of next year. If it still isn't working move on. I suggest that you talk to your lawyer and gather all the information you require regarding your husbands assets so that you are prepared to win a good settlement. Your husband does keep secrets from you regarding what he is up to, how he feels and how much he is worth or makes. I grew up alone and lonely, but didn't mind, as it was all I knew. After 18 yrs of a (almost) happy marriage he left and again I have been alone for 18 yrs. I could have gotten married twice, but they both smothered me and wanted to just follow me around all the time. I raised one kid who is an attorney. Everyone thinks I am a happy, fun person, but really I am so tired of battling life alone. Will this ever change? I listen to co-workers who have families or husbands to cook for and I envy them so much. Also financially I just hang on and worry about a roof over my head and food on the table.
