For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.

I am a great fan of yours. You seem to provide enough info about the future so people can make sense of their lives. I am one of those people. I am truly confused. The beginning Dec. 6 of 1999 I meet a young man who had responded to a personal ad I had posted. Once we got talking I had a sense that this person was my soul mate. We could write e-mails that could make a book within days. Well I decided to visit him over my spring break. The experience was great, but he recently told me that him and his ex girlfriend are slowly getting back together. I was wondering if we still have a chance and if not how can I move on? Although the two in question just have a so so comparison it is workable. The biggest problem appears to be when dealing with friends and relatives. I'm not saying that the marriage or relationship will last, but I am saying that there is nothing that you or anyone else can do about it. Your Libra friend has fallen in love and if you fight it he will not be your friend. He is in a high cycle where love and marriage is concerned therefore this has come into his life at the right moment for him. In her case, she is somewhat erratic and probably not quite as sure about her future with him as he is with his future with her. You are best to let him follow his course of action and support his decision. If you and his other friends feel so strongly that you are willing to lose the connection with him I suggest that you tell him your true feelings about this girl and let him decide what he will do. Maybe if you understand what it is that she does for him you will be able to accept her.

For the past few months my horoscope keeps telling me "this is the best time for romance", "You are going to find you soul mate" "This is your year".
Well I don't see anything happening. I am gay and my ex who is a Scorpio (Nov.12, 1959) is still on mind. I go out to meet people but no one seems to catch my attention. Lets address your past relationship first. You did match up in a number of ways but emotionally it was taxing to say the least. I believe that this was a karmic connection and that is why it is so hard to let it go. That being said it is probably time to stop reliving something that is already dealt with and finished. You are going through a period in your chart that is making you think about people from your past but that doesn't mean that you should be trying to back track. Although it is a good year for most Gemini's regarding love with transiting Jupiter moving through Libra I have to say that for you it is good for traveling, socializing, doing things that are creative, making new friends from different backgrounds and so forth but when it comes to love with your natal Venus in the sign Cancer you are a little ahead of yourself. At the end of this year transiting Jupiter will be moving into the passionate and compatible sign Scorpio making next year your year for finding true love so don't give up hope.
