We've all experienced times of conflict and personal struggle. Times when the assistance and advice of a friend always seemed to lend comfort and ease the burden. Have you ever wondered what it would be like if that friend was one of the world's most revered astrologers, with over 25 years of experience?

The following are our 'Dear Eugenia' letters archive:
Dear Eugenia,
I was born September 1, 1960. I am feeling a very strong connection with a younger man that I work with. He was born February 4, 1972. Currently, our relationship is nothing more than professional and friendly, although he has indicated that he has strong feelings for me. While I would love to go for it with this guy, he is known as a "player" and I do not want to get burned. Is this strong connection that I feel nothing more than lust, or is he correct when he states that he feels together, we are so strong as a team, both personally and professionally. I do not want to make the wrong move and if all you see is lust between us, I will leave our relationship as it currently stands, professional and friendly.
Thank you.M.
Dear M
I cannot even start to tell you how big a mistake it would be for you to take this connection and try to turn it into something more. I don't have a problem with the age difference but I do have a problem with your comparison. It indicates that deception, disillusionment and yes a one sided infatuation is likely. If you were to follow through with your feelings you would not only hurt your reputation but your position as well. This man can be a player and he does have plenty of romantic opportunities. I can see why you are attracted to him and that he may very well be attracted to you too but it will end up being a secret affair and once your little escapade is discovered trouble will begin. Spare yourself the heartache and humiliation by taking a pass. You match up well to those born under the signs Taurus, Cancer, Scorpio, Capricorn and Pisces.

Dear Eugenia,
I have written several times; hopefully I will be one of the lucky ones this time. I have been married without children for 5 years now. Our relationship has many problems, which we have gone to counseling for in the last 2 yrs. Compatibility is an issue since we don't match up that well in our charts (average). I'm thinking of leaving but I'm afraid I'm just repeating old behavior patterns (this is my 2nd marriage). Do you see anything in my chart that would indicate such a thing? I'm not getting any younger and would like to have children some day. My dob is March 19,1971 3:25pm. Husband is April 24,1966 7:31pm. Thank you,
Lost in confusion
Dear Lost in confusion
You are confused for a number of reasons right now however lets deal with your relationship first. You and your Taurus husband do not match up as well as lovers should. I can see where you may get along like a sister and brother or distant friend but certainly not in any other capacity. You have the major sign of sorrow in your comparison and this usually means that it won't last for one reason or another. You will be in a high cycle regarding love and romance late next year and well into 2003. You should do whatever is necessary to get on with your life now so that you aren't tied down when this period comes into play. You match up well to those born under the signs Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius and Aquarius.

Dear Eugenia
Until last January I had been in a yearlong relationship with a man who was born 1/16/66. Then out of the blue he stops calling or writing me. After two months of avoiding me, I made him admit that he had met a woman who slept with him on the second date. Needless to say I was devastated and fell into a depression that I had to seek treatment for. My question is, will I ever hear from this man again. We have never slept together and I suppose that was one of the reasons that the relationship didn't work. I didn't feel it was right to sleep with a man who wouldn't ever come down and pick me up at my home or invite me out with his friends. He went from having dinner and movies 2 or 3 times a week to him completely ignoring me.
How can I avoid this in the future? I was born on March 1, 1968 at 5:30 PM. What happened with him and his feelings for me?
Lonely Pisces
Dear Lonely Pisces
You should hope that your Capricorn friend doesn't call again. The comparison really wasn't that great and you do have to question a man who won't come to your house to fetch you. You have a different set of values and standards and you should not compromise yours for the sake of pleasing him. You are moving into a high cycle where love and romance are concerned and you should be getting out and meeting people who have similar interests. If you join groups or clubs, you will expand your circle of friends and you will meet someone special. You match up well to those born under the signs Gemini, Leo, Libra and Sagittarius.
