I cannot even start to tell you how big a mistake it would be for you to take this connection and try to turn it into something more. I don't have a problem with the age difference but I do have a problem with your comparison. It indicates that deception, disillusionment and yes a one sided infatuation is likely. I have been dating my boyfriend for 4 yrs now. He wants me to move in with him...and I don't want to. We see each other 1-2 days a week and I am happy with the way things are right now. The comparison with your husband was okay but there were some difficulties and sorrow that showed up where health and children are concerned.
