It's about my job. I moved to a new advertising company on March 2. I have been working in an advertising company as a copywriter.
However, because of personal reasons, I changed to the IT industry last year, Oct 2000. I thought I ran out of creativity while working in this advertising company, thus, I joined the business planning department of the IT company. Well, I'm changing again to advertising area due to financial reasons. However, since my company will be in a larger city, it's very different from the atmosphere I'm used to. Although I have settled down in the larger city, I'm afraid of facing the new environment. This new city is still not familiar to me. The new company will demand much more output from me. I'll be working as a copy-writer. I'm excited but also afraid. Can you tell me what I should be careful of? I was born February 6, 1975, at 6 AM.

You are overreacting to the situation regarding your profession and will be until the middle of June. Don't let your own insecurities stand in the way of your progress. I was born in 1978/7/8 at 7:00am, and am now working in Beijing. I am not doing the profession that I studied. I have to start all over again. Last August, when I just came to Beijing, my friend who came here with me died. I feel very sad. I always have the feeling that I should take some responsibility for her death because I brought her to Beijing. If I did not recommend her to the job, she would not come to Beijing and would not die. I am living in the city alone. I have no good friend here, doing something that I am not familiar with, learning new things from the very beginning and earning a very low salary. I don't know whether coming to Beijing has been the right choice. I want to change my job but I am not sure whether the new job requires me to learn new things from the very beginning. I don't even know whether I should get a new job relating to my profession or should I stay in this trading company invested by foreign capital. I really don't know where to go. Hope you can give me some advice.

You must not blame yourself for your friend's untimely death. I believe that we all have a beginning and an end. That nothing can change those two parameters in life. There was nothing you did to cause your friends death nor could have done anything to prevent it. As for you, it's time to get on with your life and put the past behind you. You are in a high cycle regarding relationships, meeting people through the organizations or clubs you join, socializing and putting your creative abilities to work for you. This is a period that you should be expanding your circle of friends. Regarding your work you will not be able to rely on others. You will have to work hard in order to get ahead but if you do it will pay off. The confusion in your chart is evident, especially regarding your future career prospects but if you just continue to work hard eventually this will pass and accomplishment will be yours. Regarding where you live it would be better to consider a move during the second half of this year or the first half of next, as for right now you are better to stay where you are. I am writing to you about a family problem. My sister and I are the primary caretakers of our mother. My mother is disabled and has a variety of health problems. Her birthday is 8/30/1941 @ 4:30 p.m.
My problem is that ever since I was a young child we have had severe disagreements, fighting, etc. My birthday is 8/5/1975 @ 11:30 p.m. I try to be patient and understanding but our bad feelings have just grown worse with time. The pain and hurt is just getting to be too much. Please give me some advice on how I can deal with her more effectively and what I should keep in mind to have any kind of good relationship at all.

Although there is a small problem that shows up in your comparison that deals with honest communication regarding the way you both feel the overall picture doesn't appear to be that horrid. Yes you can argue and yes you are very different from one another but that doesn't mean that you can't get along. Your mother needs a bit of a wakeup call. She is a very strong Virgo and I believe that she can be a perfectionist. If that is the case nothing you ever do will be good enough or right. You must sit her down and tell her that you cannot live with or under those conditions. That you are trying to help her and if she won't allow you the decency to carry on as you please that you and your sister will have to find someone else to take care of her. Your mother is going through a very debilitating period over the course of the next two years and I believe that she is severely depressed. She recently experienced her second Saturn return and I believe that she has reevaluated her life and has decided that she isn't too happy with the way it unfolded. The fact that she is lashing out at you because of her own regrets is a shame but she is your mother and what she needs is honesty, love and to be put in her place.
