I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.

It's about my job. I moved to a new advertising company on March 2. I have been working in an advertising company as a copywriter.
However, because of personal reasons, I changed to the IT industry last year, Oct 2000. I thought I ran out of creativity while working in this advertising company, thus, I joined the business planning department of the IT company. Well, I'm changing again to advertising area due to financial reasons. However, since my company will be in a larger city, it's very different from the atmosphere I'm used to. Although I have settled down in the larger city, I'm afraid of facing the new environment. This new city is still not familiar to me. The new company will demand much more output from me. I'll be working as a copy-writer. I'm excited but also afraid. Can you tell me what I should be careful of? I was born February 6, 1975, at 6 AM.

You have nothing to fear. Your chart indicates that you are very creative and although you unsure of your ability trust me it's present and won't let you down. You are overreacting to the situation regarding your profession and will be until the middle of June. Don't let your own insecurities stand in the way of your progress. It is good for you to be working in a place away from where you were born. You are also in a high cycle to meet new friends and partners. You must get out and socialize with colleagues so that you will feel more at ease in the city. Your chart indicates that you will do very well and feel more relaxed and comfortable in your job beginning the last half of this year. I have just recently lost my long time partner of 8 yrs born September 25, 1975. He was killed in a snowmobile accident in Dec. I have been feeling miserable and very lost lately. One of his friends who is 12 yrs older then myself born April 26, 1967 has been very comforting and wonderful to me. He is always taking good care of me. Last night I engaged in an intimate relationship with him?but am not sure if I did this because of what I am going through. I feel very guilty about what I have done for it has only been a few months since Andrew's funeral. But I really do have strong feelings for this much older man. I have no idea if this will go anywhere or what is to come next. He has promised me not to push and that the ball is in my court, that no matter what he will always be there for me. Is this wrong? Although you have a wonderful comparison with Andrew much of it is based on how well you got along mentally. Andrew truly loved you for who you are. He had the ability to wager the pros and cons of any situation and could compartmentalize when necessary. His message to you is to move on, if the situation was reversed he would have done so himself. Andrews passing has been a great loss for both you and the older man in your life and together you will keep his memory alive. I believe if Andrew could have picked the person he would have wanted you to spend the rest of your life with it would have been his Taurus friend.
Your comparison with your older man is actually very good. The reason you are attracted to him is because you match up so well physically, mentally and emotionally. This is a man who has grown to love you as you have him. The time factor has nothing to do with anything. Falling in love happens at and under the strangest circumstances and in this case it wouldn't surprise me if Karma has played a role in your life both with Andrew and with your Taurus man. Chances are you would never have met your Taurus if it weren't for his connection to Andrew. Don't feel guilty - life is short and God put us here for a good time not a long time. You can waste time living in the past or move forward and enjoy your life as Andrew I'm sure hopes that you will. He loved life and it was obvious by his chart that he did live his to its fullest even though it was cut short. Don't let your sensitive natal Mercury in Pisces stop you from moving forward and grasping all the precious moments that are being presented to you.

I really would like some advice on how to get ahead in life and to really let myself shine. I seem to always be putting others objectives before my own but feel that I?m shooting myself in the foot and not letting myself reach my best (which I feel could be something great). My two main important queries are with my career and love. I've studied acting through university and just moved countries from Australia to the United Kingdom after graduating. Since then my career path has changed from acting to singing/songwriting and it has really lit a 'flame in my belly'. My main concern is how to get ahead by using my talents and what future trends may be hindering or helping me astrologically.? My second is love, which always seems to be somewhat of a minefield for me - e.g. I like people who don't like me or there is no chance with and keep going back convincing myself there is 'something' there - plus not being able to be myself with them, or friends I care about turn out to like me (and I don't in that way) and in some instances I've surrendered to them to not lose them. The other thing is my sexuality is quite open-minded which is quite confusing in itself.
At the moment I?m in a really positive place feeling like I?m on the verge of something brilliant - but I?m just not sure how I?m going to get there. Motivation hasn't always been my strongest attribute - I'm better at ambition and imagination. Any help Eugenia is greatly appreciated! I was born February 10, 1982, at 8:09 AM.

You are in a high cycle where your career is concerned until the fall of this year so you have no time to waste. You must be approaching the record publishing companies and promoting and performing as much as you can between now and the fall ? and if that means putting in a lot of time and doing freebies so be it. I wouldn?t worry too much about relationships right now. It is apparent that come August you will be in a much better position to meet someone more to your liking. Part of your problem has been the fact that you were born with a Venus Saturn square in your chart in an area that deals with relationships and your status in society with regard to partnerships. This can make it awkward for you to feel at ease with someone during the early stages of your relationship making it difficult to make the kind of impression that will seal the deal. I believe that you are coming into your own in that regard and during the latter part of this year and most of next you will meet people who are more inclined to see you for whom you are and recognize your talents as well. During that period you should be able to reach out and get the help and favors required to get ahead as well as meet potential partners both in the industry as well as at a personal level. Hang in there my friend you are young and you have some wonderful transits coming your way that should help you solve the problems you?ve been facing in the past as well as help you make headway in an industry that is very competitive.
