I quit my job last November to start a new business. But I have had such difficult times since last that time. Because the business I planned has almost failed and now I don't earn any money.

So I consider finding a new job due to shortage of cash. But I really don't want to get a job. I want to operate my business.

I really want to know which one is the best for me between getting a job and giving more time to my own business. I was born December 23, 1969, at 8:00 AM.

You should have included the date that you registered or incorporated your business. Often the company chart can tell me how well it will do. In your case however being the only owner I can base some information on your chart alone. It is apparent to me that your earning potential will start to gain ground by the end of the summer however that doesn't necessarily mean that it will be due to your own business picking up. Most of the time when you begin a new venture as you have it is necessary to work a regular job simultaneously in order to make ends meet. When I first started my own business I worked during the day for seven years with a company that had absolutely nothing to do with the business that I am in now. It gave me the opportunity to pay my bills and build my business on solid ground. In your case you may find that your business will pick up during the second half of this year and throughout next year however, I believe that you will have to do one of two things. Take on a partner who will put money into your business or get a second job that will help pay the bills while you build your business. Should you consider a partner, look for someone who was born under the sign Taurus, Cancer, Scorpio, Capricorn or Pisces.

Article: Biting the Bullet

Dear Eugenia,

I must say that after reading through many people's questions and all your responses, you are one busy woman. Thanks for taking all that time to help people who need answers. I am a Leo, born August 16, 1978 at 5:55 a.m. Two years ago I enrolled in a college program that I knew was meant for me. My hard work and dedication paid off this summer because I was able to get a job in the industry I want to pursue. I know that I still have one year left to complete the program, but this job means a lot to me. Two partners own the business and I am the only employee. The problem is because one of the partners arrived at the company a couple of months ago and it was evident from the start that we did not get along. I'm sorry I don't know when her birthday is, but I can tell you that she is impatient, demeaning and at times can act hurtful. I know that the experience I'm getting here will help me when I graduate, but some days it's really hard to go to work and spend an entire day dealing with her attitude and her mood swings. I feel like I'm walking on eggshells and don't really want to confront her because I couldn't imagine her reaction. Can you give me any advice? I am dating one guy, and I have feelings for my best friend. My best friend recently confessed his feelings for me. But my boyfriend and I have a decent relationship. Also I feel me and my boyfriend may be drifting apart just a little. I came to this conclusion because we use to just sit and talk for hours on end but now we rarely talk about anything. I need help on what I should do in this situation. Oh I also forgot to mention I have had feelings for my best friend since I met him 12 years ago, and that he is in the military and he confessed his feelings for me after he came back from overseas saying how he realized that he " has a great person who cares for him right in front of him." Quite the dilemma - you actually match up astrologically to both men. Your best friend a little bit better. I've always believed that the best relationships are those that start out as a friendship and build.
