I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I'm a 21-year old gay male living in New Mexico. I have been addicted to substances (alcohol, etc.) since I was a teenager. I can't shake them and can't seem to imagine a life without them. They are getting in the way of possible love interests because if I had a partner, they would need to be patient with the substances. As it is, I cling to phone sex and pornography to continue the escapism. I'm not complaining about my life. I've learned to live with it. But is there something in my chart that would explain my problem? That's all I need to know right now. If you could be so kind as to maybe help me explore this, I would be eternally grateful. I'm not sure if this message qualifies for submission, but here is my question. My boyfriend is a Capricorn and I am an Aries, which do not match according to Zodiac signs. But when I complete the romance compatibility we match 99%. So which is right? My birthday is 4/8/70 2pm, His is 1/8/65 don't know time. We don't suffer from the problems stated under a Zodiac match, Aries spending too much and Capricorn being frugal, in fact it is opposite for us. Since, I finally got the courage to email you, I was wondering if you can clue me in on any astrological signs that might be compatible with me. I have read your cite, the reason I ask this question is because since, I am on the cusp I was wondering if their would be a difference. I did go to a local astrologist recently and he told me to be careful for the first months of the year. Do you see anything weird in my astrological chart for the beginning of this year? You are a Scorpio but you have Leo in an area of your chart that deals with relationships and your natal Venus in Sagittarius. This makes you a candidate for the signs mentioned.
