For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I have written several times; hopefully I will be one of the lucky ones this time. I have been married without children for 5 years now. Our relationship has many problems, which we have gone to counseling for in the last 2 yrs. Compatibility is an issue since we don't match up that well in our charts (average). You are confused for a number of reasons right now however lets deal with your relationship first. You and your Taurus husband do not match up as well as lovers should. I can see where you may get along like a sister and brother or distant friend but certainly not in any other capacity. You have the major sign of sorrow in your comparison and this usually means that it won't last for one reason or another. You will be in a high cycle regarding love and romance late next year and well into 2003. You should do whatever is necessary to get on with your life now so that you aren't tied down when this period comes into play. My sun sign is in Cancer, I was born July 7, 1979, at 12:15 AM, and I've read enough on astrology to know that I should be compatible with both Virgo and Pisces. My past two relationships were with each, and although lengthy, they proved difficult.I think it may have something to do with my Aries rising. I'm afraid the aggressive nature so common in the ram is a bit intimidating, especially when the aggressor is female. My last fling was with an Aries male, and although at first there were sparks, it quickly diminished. I realize that other aspects affect astrological matchmaking, but I'd like to get your opinion on the matter. What male sign can handle both the Aries stubbornness, and the crab's ultra-sensitivity? My moon is in Sagittarius.

Actually in your particular case the Sun sign match up doesn't work all that well. Normally you should get along well with both Virgo and Scorpio. However, the sign Scorpio falls in an area of your chart that deals with dead end projects so it's unlikely to work. To add to this your natal Jupiter and Mercury are in the sign Leo adversely aspected to the sign Scorpio. The sign Virgo falls in an area that deals with work not personal matters such as relationships plus you have your natal Mars in Gemini and your natal Neptune in Sagittarius and that would clearly play havoc with a strong Virgo. Having your natal Sun in the 4th house adversely aspected to your natal Pluto in the 7th leads me to believe that you will have difficulty with relationships. Now that doesn't mean that you can't have a happy union. Especially with your natal Moon, Neptune, Jupiter and Mercury well aspected to the Pluto in your 7th but it does mean that you will have to choose your partner wisely and realize that relationships don't just happen, they require work, dedication, devotion and perseverance. You match up well to those born under the signs, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn and Aquarius. I suggest that you always run a comparison before you decide to get serious and intimate with someone. Although a person can be born under one of these signs it does not mean that they will have a lot of their natal planets in that sign and this could result in difficulties once again.

I hope you could help me on my current situation.I am in a relationship for about one and a half months. I know I am very selfish that I am still looking for Miss Right while in this relationship. My current girlfriend initiated this relationship and I somehow feel that this is not the right one. But because I never had a girlfriend before, I jumped at this chance without much consideration. I was hoping if you could tell me more about what the stars have for my relationship. And also, I don't seem to be meeting new friends. Is it because I am still with a girlfriend?My birthday is 29 Dec 1976, about 12 midnight, and hers is 18 Apr 1982. I do not know of her birth time.

Your current relationship does show some sorrow. You should never tell someone you love him or her unless you honestly mean it. You are extremely changeable regarding love and you are up for sudden romantic interludes as well as infatuations. You would probably do best if you were on your own and free to experience many different relationships. This would enable you to understand what it is that you really want with regard to a partner. I believe that you need to be with someone who will not curtail your freedom, will be able to keep up with you, will stimulate you both mentally and physically and who will be able to share your interests.
