I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I have written several times; hopefully I will be one of the lucky ones this time. I have been married without children for 5 years now. Our relationship has many problems, which we have gone to counseling for in the last 2 yrs. Compatibility is an issue since we don't match up that well in our charts (average). I'm thinking of leaving but I'm afraid I'm just repeating old behavior patterns (this is my 2nd marriage). Do you see anything in my chart that would indicate such a thing? You are confused for a number of reasons right now however lets deal with your relationship first. You and your Taurus husband do not match up as well as lovers should. I can see where you may get along like a sister and brother or distant friend but certainly not in any other capacity. You have the major sign of sorrow in your comparison and this usually means that it won't last for one reason or another. You will be in a high cycle regarding love and romance late next year and well into 2003. How's this for a love triangle with an international flavor as we were all born in different countries, with two Cancers potentially battling it out? I'm a Cancer born July 9, 1963 at 11:30 am, married for many years to a Gemini man (b. 6/10/1955) who I fear might be seriously interested in another Cancer (someone in our social circle). I understand from mutual friends that he does flirt with this woman when I'm not around and that she is equally interested in him. I learned from one close friend in particular that the only thing stopping her at least is the fact that he is married. I'm hoping that this woman does respect my marriage, but I fear that I may be losing my Gemini man to a possible midlife crisis. It took some doing but I found out that her birthday is 7/5/1959. Your comparison with your husband is better than his comparison with the other Cancer in question. However he has been going through emotional confusion the past couple of years and this has probably contributed to his obvious midlife crisis. Generally your husband is a good guy and even though he is a Gemini and they can tend to wander as well as marry more than once in a life time I have to say with his natal Venus in the sign Taurus it does give him some stability. Your chart indicates that you may be overreacting to this whole situation and that could in fact push him away. There is also evidence that by the fall of this year you will be in a high cycle regarding love and winning back the heart of your husband should you actually have lost it to another. Your Cancer friend is not trustworthy when it comes to respecting your marriage. She may be born under the sign Cancer but unlike you she is predominantly a Leo with her natal Mercury, Venus, Mars and Uranus in that sign and her Moon positioned in Gemini therefore the challenge of the chase is probably what she is enjoying. My Birth date is May 17, 1957, 8:18 PM. I graduated last October with my master's degree in business and have been searching ever since for a job. I have put out numerous resumes to companies and not once have I even received a call back or even a thank you. I've had several people review my resume thinking that I hadn't used the proper verbiage, or didn't state my objective. I've even spoken with other astrologers asking the same question and all I get is this period looks good or that period looks good but to no avail I still have no job. I'm at a loss I've even gone to headhunters and still nothing. Can I please ask if you foresee anything in the near future?

I have to admit that with the birth data you provided you should in fact have been getting a response over the past eight months. Although this period will remain with you until March of next year I find it strange that you have not even had as much as an interview. The only conclusion that I can make is that your birth time may not be accurate. My suggestion however is to keep cold calling and putting out your resume as the period coming up does look promising. I feel that you might also start looking outside your local region, as it would not be a bad idea for you to make a move. The area of your chart that deals with your residence will be in a high cycle regarding change or a move shortly so that may be an indication that you should be looking for work elsewhere. I also believe that if your chart is accurate you may be holding yourself back by only applying for jobs that you feel are worthy of your degree. You may have to take a lower position and work your way up. Often when you come out of school companies are not willing to give you a chance. You are probably best to start applying for somewhat lower positions in order to get your foot in the door. Once you start working I'm sure that you will advance quickly.
