I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I am trying to fight blatant employment discrimination. Each time I submit a document, appeal, etc. my horoscope shows encouragement & success. The next day, each time, legal problems, trouble, etc. shows up. Pretty accurate, too. Is my timing off? Everything is actually documented, but no one will read or listen. It's as if I'm CAUSING the legal trouble in my horoscope each time I try to fight. I'm being blackballed so badly & long; I have to leave the state. Any advice?

Your sign always does much better with partners who are a lot older or a lot younger; they just don't do well with people their own age. Being a relatively strong Goat with that sign also in an area of your chart that deals with relationships I feel that this particular Capricorn trait does apply to you. All that said in the case of your Aquarius partner I'm not certain that he is the one. I feel that you may not being totally honest with yourself as to why you are with him. I have recently gone through a major life change. I left my partner, and moved back to the place of my birth. So far, everything is going great. I have a closer relationship with my mother, and have been able to find the work that I need to sustain myself.
My question today is, I have begun writing a novel. The story has been maturing for well over a year, and I can't tell you how joyful it is when each chapter is completed! Your chart shows more promise regarding publishing during the last quarter of the year 2001 until mid 2003. Therefore, I suggest that you try to find the right publisher for your work by contacting different publishing houses as early as March. Contracts and agreements can be signed as early as May and June. Keep in mind that you don't necessarily have to send in your whole manuscript. You may be able to send the first and last chapter with a synopsis covering the remaining chapters. Most writers experience plenty of rejection before they do become published authors so don't get discouraged. If you truly love to write, do it for yourself and if you do make some money along the way it will be a bonus. Some writers publish their own work and make more money doing so. With the internet being so diverse the possibilities are endless.
