I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I am trying to fight blatant employment discrimination. Each time I submit a document, appeal, etc. my horoscope shows encouragement & success. The next day, each time, legal problems, trouble, etc. shows up. Pretty accurate, too. Is my timing off? Everything is actually documented, but no one will read or listen. It's as if I'm CAUSING the legal trouble in my horoscope each time I try to fight. I'm being blackballed so badly & long; I have to leave the state. Any advice?

Your travel and change of state, country or province looks good and it might be exactly what you need in order to get on with your life. You are also coming into a high cycle regarding love and romance. If you are already in a relationship it can flourish at this time, if you aren't in one, it will be a good time to meet someone who will be good for you. You match up well to those born under the sign Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra and Sagittarius.

For the past 9 years my husband and I have been hit hard financially and wanted to know if you see our finances improving soon? My husband was born on April 18, 1962 @ 7pm in Jersey City, NJ. Do you see us hitting the lottery or maybe you can give us lucky numbers and dates to play them? I was born January 17, 1960 @ 4 pm.

Both you and your husband have moved into a brighter time regarding your financial situation as of October of this year. This particular transit will remain with you until the last quarter of 2005. Now this can mean a number of different scenarios can develop. Buying and selling real estate can turn a profit for you. An investment can pay off, or you may come into money owed that you didn't think you would ever see again. It can also bring you an inheritance, insurance surrender, unexpected gift or even a winning. Your lucky numbers are 1,7,8,17,25,26,37 and your husbands are 4,9,13,22,27,31,40. There is evidence in both your charts that lead me to believe that once you cut your losses and stop hanging on to something that is beyond your budget that you will do just fine. I was born at 12h35am on July 18th 1964. I have lost 3 boyfriends/spouses to death in the past 7 years. The first one named Mike, I can't remember his birthday, died on June 10th 1993, Marc, born April 14th 1966, died on October 10th 1997 and the latest, Mike, born August 20th 1969, died on October 20th 2000. All three deaths were different: car accident, fatal illness and a murder. All three times I thought I had found my soul mate; someone with whom I would grow old... My question is this: Will I ever fall in love again and has this cycle ended or am I doomed to bury someone else I fall in love with?

You are very young to have experienced such sorrow. Although there are never any sure things in life I can tell you that your chart does not show total disaster where marriage is concerned. In many ways you should be happy to have experienced such love three times over when some people never experience it once. You will always attract men to your side and you will always enjoy the love they have to offer.
