I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.

Dear Eugenia,
I am trying to fight blatant employment discrimination. Each time I submit a document, appeal, etc. my horoscope shows encouragement & success. The next day, each time, legal problems, trouble, etc. shows up. Pretty accurate, too. Is my timing off? Everything is actually documented, but no one will read or listen. It's as if I'm CAUSING the legal trouble in my horoscope each time I try to fight. I'm being blackballed so badly & long; I have to leave the state. Any advice?

You have the Sun, Mercury, Venus and Mars in the sign Aquarius with your natal Neptune in Scorpio and Moon in Taurus making this a particularly difficult time to make the right choices. The transits that have been causing these misfortunes have left you confused. Although the transit that was causing uncertainties and sudden and unexpected changes and developments has moved on it has been replaced with a slow moving transiting Neptune that causes deception, disillusionment and confusion. It will require you to think things through carefully. You would be best to rely on a trusted friend or colleague who can help you make better choices over the next couple of years. Unfortunately this transit can also cause self-deception making it difficult for you to recognize that you may be creating your problems to some degree. An outlet is needed in order to counteract some of the dilemmas that you are facing. Regarding making a move, it's not a bad idea. Your travel and change of state, country or province looks good and it might be exactly what you need in order to get on with your life. You are also coming into a high cycle regarding love and romance. If you are already in a relationship it can flourish at this time, if you aren't in one, it will be a good time to meet someone who will be good for you. You match up well to those born under the sign Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra and Sagittarius.

I like the Aries Scorpio connection because both signs are ruled by the planet Mars. They tend to really compliment one another in most cases and unlike most signs Scorpio can usually keep up to the fast paced Aries. In your case however your partner is not that strong an Aries and although he thinks like one that's about as far as it goes. This relationship appears to be of a karmic nature and although I'm not quite sure what you have to resolve I do believe that it has something to do with money, health and one of you having to take care of the other. With his natal Venus squaring your natal Neptune in your ninth and his third house I believe there will be some sorrow that will develop that probably has to do with friends and relatives and communication. It will be important if you want this relationship to run smoothly and go the distance that you act as one. In other words there can be no other person who takes precedence over the two of you. You must totally stick up for one another regardless and treat the rest of the people in your lives as outsiders. If you can do that I believe that it can work at least for a relatively long period of time. His rising sign falls in your eighth house and yours in his fifth. This could create a problem where children/pregnancy is concerned. Make sure that you both have the same idea of where you see yourself in ten or twenty years before you decide to take the big matrimonial step into the future.

My life is a mess. I really hope that you will choose my letter as I really don't know what to do anymore. I know that you can't give me all the answers but maybe you can give me some direction.
I was born April 11, 1964 1:07AM, and I currently live abroad. I have been involved in a relationship since 1989 and last March I was told it was over. My fianc?e was born July 3, 1965 1:45PM. I have spent over 1 year trying to work things out with her but she maintains that it is over. I believe that she is the one for me and that is why I have tried so hard to work things out.
I am now at the point where I feel like giving up. If I do, I don't feel that I can stay here anymore. It would hurt too much. I have been here so long that I really don't have a home anywhere. Where I grew up, no longer feels like home.Therefore my question really comes down to whether or not I should keep trying to work things out and if not should I return to my birthplace or go somewhere else?

The comparison was quite good however I believe that it is possible that too much has happened during the ten years you were together such as not committing one hundred percent through marriage. Her chart indicates that she may have found some outside interest early last year that made her realize that she wasn't happy with you. That may sound harsh but I feel that it's reality. Your chart indicates that you are coming into a period that could bring someone from your past back into your life between now and October. This could be her or someone from back home perhaps. My suggestion to you is that you take a month and travel back to your routes just to see what's happening. You may meet someone who urges you to move home. The other scenario might be that if your Cancer fianc?e feels that she may lose you forever she might be inclined to change her mind. Your charts indicate that you have been going through a make it or break it period for a few years and it was only natural that something had to give. I believe she truly loves/loved you but that you probably frustrated her regarding marriage and children for a number of years and now you are paying the consequences.
