I'm not sure if this message qualifies for submission, but here is my question. My boyfriend is a Capricorn and I am an Aries, which do not match according to Zodiac signs. But when I complete the romance compatibility we match 99%. So which is right? My birthday is 4/8/70 2pm, His is 1/8/65 don't know time. We don't suffer from the problems stated under a Zodiac match, Aries spending too much and Capricorn being frugal, in fact it is opposite for us. I just want to understand how the zodiac and charts differ so much.

I'm not the least bit surprised that you match up to your Capricorn partner nor that you have some role reversals regarding frugality. I came across this website tonight and found myself hopeful in finding the answer to my question. I am a Capricorn (12/28/81) with the time approximately 6pm. Many times I have read about my sign that it is hard for me to have fulfilling relationships. The strange thing is that I never had any. My relationships with males such as my father, male friends, and boyfriends have always been tremendously turbulent. I recently started dated someone (08/13/79) who surprisingly turned out to be very important in my life. I'm scared that all the predictions about Capricorns and Leo's are true (they say our signs do not match well) and that this relationship will not go far due to the descriptions of my sign and my proof of past history. I would tremendously appreciate any information or advice you could give me.

I have always read that a Taurus and a Leo is not a good match. I was born on May 11, around 2:00am 1976. My boyfriend of four years was born on 3 August 1976, I am not sure of the time. We are talking about getting married, but worry that the two of us are rather proud, stubborn people and will not be able to compromise.

You are both very proud and stubborn and I'm sure that you do butt heads every once in a while but the comparison itself denotes that you have enough that is favorable between your charts to make it work. No relationship is easy - they all take work, compromise and understanding regardless of the signs involved. Although Leo and Taurus is not the best Sun sign match you have enough Gemini, Libra and Sagittarius in your chart and he has enough Taurus, Virgo and Scorpio in his chart to make this relationship work. Your most difficult transits will be occurring over the next three years so if you can make it through this next period you should be able to make it through anything. Getting married and having a family etc. can be very stressful and with the type of transits you have headed your way I would say that this would be your adjustment period into matrimony. All you can do is try your best to form a future together based on what both of you have to offer, to be patient with one another especially over the next few years and to know that coming up will be the most difficult period of your relationship.
