I'm not sure if this message qualifies for submission, but here is my question. My boyfriend is a Capricorn and I am an Aries, which do not match according to Zodiac signs. But when I complete the romance compatibility we match 99%. So which is right? My birthday is 4/8/70 2pm, His is 1/8/65 don't know time. We don't suffer from the problems stated under a Zodiac match, Aries spending too much and Capricorn being frugal, in fact it is opposite for us. I just want to understand how the zodiac and charts differ so much.

I'm not the least bit surprised that you match up to your Capricorn partner nor that you have some role reversals regarding frugality. Recently I have had a large amount of expense financially due to assisting my family through some difficult times, and now I find that my own finances have dropped, so I would really like to have some luck financially to enable me to at least replace some of this money. Also I have had some bad luck emotionally, as I have had to put down my little dog I have had for nine years and who has been by my side through some of my darkest hours these last few years, so would really like to have another dog, but also to find someone to share my life with. So my question to you is do you see in the foreseeable future that I may possibly find that special man in my life to love and also an increase in my finances for now and the future.?I was born September 24, 1955, at 2 am.

You certainly have had a difficult time. Although it isn?t over and you will probably still be burdened by family, friends and just about anyone else who can get you to help out I do feel that you will have better luck with love beginning in October of this year. You match up well to those born under the signs Aries, Gemini, Leo Libra, Sagittarius and early Aquarius. You should be able to make more money through hard work as well as investments, winnings, rebates, being paid back money that?s owed to you, surrenders etc between now and the end of September. Losing a dog is like losing a best friend and my heart goes out to you. I am a huge animal lover and when I lost one of my favorite little friends back in 2000 I was heartbroken. Today I have seven tiny t-cup puppies. Of course you should get yourself another little dog. Picking one up around the 26, 27 or 28 of this month would be a perfect time to do so.

I was hoping you could answer two questions regarding my natal chart.
First question:
I was born on the 26th of October, so I am told that means I was born on the cusp of Libra and Scorpio. Does that mean that I have qualities of both equally, or do I possess both Libra and Scorpio qualities, but since my birth date actually falls into Scorpio, am I Scorpio with Libra tendencies.
Second question:
My sun sign falls into the 12th house, but only 2 degrees from my first house. Should I read sun/12th house exclusively, combinations of sun/12/1 or since it is less than 10 degrees away, consider my sun/1st house exclusively.

Your birth time should include DST. If you haven't taken the hour off you should, making your time 6:20 AM. With that in mind you actually have Scorpio rising with your Sun, Mercury and Neptune in Scorpio in your 1st house and Libra in your 12th well hidden. However if you had taken the hour off, allowing for DST (therefore you were actually born at 8:20 AM) your Sun would be in your 12th house with Scorpio rising and both Mercury and Neptune in Scorpio still making the Scorpio influence the strongest. You would however read your Sun as being in the 12th and your rising sign Scorpio with your Mercury in the first in Scorpio and your Neptune in the first in Scorpio. No matter how you slice it your chart does not indicate much of a Libra influence however the sign Virgo is with your natal Venus, Jupiter, Uranus and Pluto situated in that sign.
