I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I follow your show and read your astrological predictions each day. My husband left me cold turkey for another lady last June 2002 although we had been living apart since last January 2002. We had talked about getting back together so needless to say I was totally devastated. He is a Taurus, May 14, 1962, time not known. Since that time I have had many readings done and each one seems different. Almost all say that he will be back, the latest one saying possibly in the Spring of 2003. I read that a person's astrological sign changes every four minutes. If this is so, how do astrologers read your horoscope and why are they so varied. Please answer, as I would really like to know what will become of our marriage. I have now filed for divorce but I still love him very much. Is there still a chance for us? I was born March 10, 1951, at 10 am.

It isn't that a persons sign changes every four minutes it is that the planets are in constant motion therefore if your birth time is off by more than four minutes it could make a difference to the outcome of your natal chart. You have a very good comparison with your ex however you didn't submit when his lady friend was born therefore I don't know if she matches up just as well or better. Based on the information that you gave me I feel that if there is going to be a reunion between the two of you it will be between May 27th and July 20th. These things don't just happen however. Number one I would not be proceeding with the divorce given the fact that you aren't sure that you want the relationship to end. Instead I would be opening up communication with this man to find out exactly where he is at and what he wants. Your ex has been going through a very confusing period and I believe that the past two and a half years he has been depressed and unable to make good choices. Don't totally through away what you have built as a couple by jumping into divorce. Slow down and find out what's left before you move in that direction. If it doesn't work out between you your chart does indicate other suitors so keep your eyes open for someone who can fill the void that you are feeling. Either way I do not see you as being alone.

I have recently become engaged and have a February wedding planned. My birth date is 4/24/47 and his is 11/13/46. We have a lot in common, enjoy each other's company, are sexually very compatible but my problem is he analyzes everything I say and do to the extreme and often becomes upset, broods for hours and I don't have a clue as to what's bothering him at the time. It's usually over something so insignificant that when we finally get around to discussing what's wrong, I'm amazed at the source of his distress. I seem to be ruled by my emotions and he is a very logical thinker. We both have very strong personalities that often conflict. When things are good, they're wonderful, but when they're bad, it is so stressful I wonder if it's worth continuing the relationship. I've often thought about canceling the wedding but the love I feel for this man is so strong (like no other I've ever experienced), that it makes me physically sick when I consider it. Your advice?

The comparison was excellent. The one problem that I can see is that one or both of you is not communicating openly and honestly about your feelings. This can easily be rectified by having open discussions. I believe that you are overreacting to this situation right now due to transiting Jupiter and that he is a little erratic because of it. Try to relax and enjoy what you have. If you don't feel that you can handle the situation consider going for counseling because this is truly too good a connection to throw away.

I visit your site everyday. I am now suffering both physically and mentally. Financially, I'm almost living in the poorhouse. My health is getting worse and worse. I am so down that I wonder whether I should continue to live or not. Furthermore, the person whom I love has left me. She has deeply fallen in love with someone else. This almost killed me. We have a young kid but she seems not to care about our child. I don't know whether I should wait for her or let her go. My future seems so dark. I have no confidence. I can't talk to any one about my personal problems. However, while I am writing to you, I feel much better. Even though my wife has left me, I still love her deeply. Will my financial status improve this year? I'd like to hear your advice, Eugenia. It'd be really great if you reply this letter. I understand your concern. The comparison between you and your ex-wife was adequate however that may not be enough to win her back if she has met someone who matches up to her much better. I believe that she has been and continues to go through a very confusing time. I feel that her comparison with your daughter shows promise, love and caring. Her chart indicates that secret affairs and emotional confusion coupled with erratic behavior have caused her to make such a huge change in her life. I believe that you are a very sensitive, caring and loving individual who fell in love with the wrong person. Your chart indicates that you will be moving into a high romantic cycle during the second half of this year and the first half of next. This can mean that your ex-wife tries to come back into your life or it can mean that you will meet someone who is much better for you and who you will love much more than your ex-wife. I believe that you should be with someone born under the signs Taurus, Cancer, Scorpio, Capricorn or Pisces. Your attraction toward Gemini females is evident however these women are best kept as social acquaintances or friends, not lovers. You should never share joint finances with people born under the signs Gemini, Virgo or Sagittarius. You should consider getting legal matters out of the way during the second half of this year. Give her until August and at that point tie up any loose ends that you may have with her. You match up well to your daughter also but I believe that she may be better off with your ex-wife. Your daughters chart is good however she tends to be more like her mother. It's time for you to put yourself first and get on with your life. The work and money area of your chart will improve if you focus on your professional goals. Lately it has been your extreme depression and loss that has clouded your progress. Concentrate on getting ahead. After all the sweetest revenge is your own success and right now you are the only one holding you back.
