I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I follow your show and read your astrological predictions each day. My husband left me cold turkey for another lady last June 2002 although we had been living apart since last January 2002. We had talked about getting back together so needless to say I was totally devastated. He is a Taurus, May 14, 1962, time not known. Since that time I have had many readings done and each one seems different. Almost all say that he will be back, the latest one saying possibly in the Spring of 2003. I read that a person's astrological sign changes every four minutes. If this is so, how do astrologers read your horoscope and why are they so varied. Please answer, as I would really like to know what will become of our marriage. I have now filed for divorce but I still love him very much. Is there still a chance for us? I was born March 10, 1951, at 10 am.

It isn't that a persons sign changes every four minutes it is that the planets are in constant motion therefore if your birth time is off by more than four minutes it could make a difference to the outcome of your natal chart. You have a very good comparison with your ex however you didn't submit when his lady friend was born therefore I don't know if she matches up just as well or better. Based on the information that you gave me I feel that if there is going to be a reunion between the two of you it will be between May 27th and July 20th. These things don't just happen however. Number one I would not be proceeding with the divorce given the fact that you aren't sure that you want the relationship to end. Instead I would be opening up communication with this man to find out exactly where he is at and what he wants. Your ex has been going through a very confusing period and I believe that the past two and a half years he has been depressed and unable to make good choices. Don't totally through away what you have built as a couple by jumping into divorce. Slow down and find out what's left before you move in that direction. If it doesn't work out between you your chart does indicate other suitors so keep your eyes open for someone who can fill the void that you are feeling. Either way I do not see you as being alone.

I tried every method to keep fit but I failed all the time. Now, I'm too tired to keep dieting. I want to do one career that requires me to lose weight. Dieting is compulsory. I don't want to tell anyone about my dream because I am too fat. Even my parents don't know. They are now planning to send me off to study abroad. If I don't do the job I like, then my life will be meaningless. What should I do now? Do I have the power to achieve my dream? Is it impossible to get slim? I have started to hate myself. Your chart does indicate that you are a bit of a dreamer but that doesn't mean that you can't achieve your goals. I feel that you have been going about it the wrong way. All these diets are only good if you are in a serious and regimented exercise routine. You will have the discipline over the course of the next two to three years to lose weight if you are smart and combine proper eating habits with regular exercise. I suggest that if you are really serious about this you start by joining a fitness club when you go away to school. Ask your parents to hire a personal trainer for you. Regarding your future profession. I do believe that you will do well with your professional goals and although they may not be exactly what you are dreaming about doing right now you will enjoy the position you end up in. You are still very young and if you start to think about nutrition and eating smartly now you will probably be well on your way to getting trim and fit in no time.

I have known this boy which I will call J for about 2 years. I knew him from the time I accidentally knocked him down with my bicycle and sent him to the hospital. We have been dating since. However, everyone despises him because he has a scar on his forehead. My father (my mum's passed away) is sure that he was once a gangster and declared that he would not let me be with a gangster. The problem is, I know he is not a gangster and that he got the scar when he was 6 years old through an unfortunate incident but there is no way my father or anyone will change their views about him, despite the fact he's a polite and helpful man. J likes me a lot and vice versa. I could tell his sex drive is great because he always seems to be looking at me in a 'weird sort of way' but he respects my decision to remain a virgin till marriage. However, I can tell you that honesty is the best policy and that you should sit down and talk to your father. Let him know how strongly you feel and how much it means to you that he make an effort to get to know your Scorpio friend better. You have an interesting chart that shows great promise in an area that deals with your career. The next few years it will be crucial that you spend time focusing on what you want to be, and do, with the rest of your life. Educational pursuits should be your focus right now followed by a good paying job that you enjoy.
You may be a Virgo but you have a strong Libra influence and that is usually an indicator that you will be much happier throughout life if you have balance, harmony and monetary satisfaction. Without your Scorpio?s year of birth I can not tell you if he will satisfy your needs. I can tell you that he falls in an area of your chart that does denote a strong friendship. If you continue to build your friendship slowly you may eventually gain your fathers confidence in your relationship. You might also consider listening to why your father?s negativity regarding your boyfriend?s background is so strong. Maybe he knows something that you don?t.
