I was in a 10 year long relationship with a man that I believe is the love of my life. Things were so easy for about the first year, after that they seemed to just be on a steady course of difficulty. I've never strayed from my dream of marriage and a family. He said he wanted all the same things and recently has changed his mind. He has done a 180 on me and we are now separated. We went through a similar thing a few years ago, but got back together after about four months apart. He was born on January 12, 1972 and I was born on June 23, 1969 at 11:00 pm. As far as signs go, I know that we are perfectly compatible. Can you tell me if I'm crazy for loving this man? Is this a temporary split while he works out whatever has him scared or is this permanent? I've been lost and confused trying to make sense of all of this... any help you can offer would be a great help in putting my mind and heart at ease.

The comparison was okay but not without some problems. Although your boyfriend was born under the sign Capricorn he does have three planets in the sign Sagittarius and this is usually an indication that even if he does decide to get married he will always be a bachelor at heart. He has his natal Venus in the sign Aquarius and this planet is going through a change of heart, confusion and as a result causing his 180-degree turn. His natal Venus is also at an adverse position to your natal Neptune and this usually causes sorrow within the relationship. In your case it shows up when it comes to changing your status in life that meaning marriage. I also believe that there could be some problems where friends and family are concerned that you may not even know about. Your chart indicates that you will be in a much better position regarding love, marriage and so forth towards the end of this year and through most of next. I wouldn't give him much more time to do a reversal. If he can't make up his mind by the fall let it go. As for you I believe that you should be focusing on career, getting out and meeting and making some new friends and moving on with your life. You actually match up well to those born under the signs Taurus, Cancer, Scorpio, Capricorn and Pisces. I was born June 10, 1980 at 11 pm. I recently meet a guy (Birth date: 11/07/1983) and we started dating. I think he is a sweetheart but self-conscious because I make more money than he does and I am self-conscious because he is younger then me (Birth date: 06/10/1980). We get along great but the problem is that I have secretly started seeing an old flame (Birth date: 11/21/1980). My old flame is someone I have had a crush on for years even after we broke up. The problem is that my old flame has a girlfriend as well whom he is having problems with. I am confused now on what to do. I like the new guy but I think I am curious to see if there is still something with my old flame. I am confused on whether I should stay with the new guy or dump him for my old flame and see if there is more to it then just friends. Please help.

This is a bit of a no win situation. Both comparisons are very different however they both show signs of sorrow as well. You have a tremendous number of planetary connections between your chart and that of your younger Scorpio friend but I believe that being the Gemini that you are you will not be able to leave well enough alone causing an insatiable urge to find out if you still have something going on with your ex Scorpio. This in turn will cause sorrow with your young Scorpio - he will not take lightly to you engaging in any relationship be it platonic or not with your ex. Please don't lose sight of what was wrong with your relationship with your ex Scorpio the first time around and why you aren't still together. The same problems will crop up time and time again. Your young Scorpio has his natal Venus in the sign Virgo so age shouldn't be a problem considering he probably acts quite mature when it comes to love. You have your natal Venus in Gemini and that often causes you to be fickle and flirtatious when it comes to romance. Your ex has his natal Venus in the sign Libra and although he can be very charming etc. he can also be as fickle and flirtatious as you. All this being said I do believe that you should probably set your young Scorpio free before you really hurt him. May I borrow a cup of Insight? I am a young man, but not getting any younger from what I've seen... I had hopes that you might answer a question or two for me...
Contrary to popular belief, I'm somewhat introverted, and having difficulty finding the all-mysterious "soul mate" that I've heard that everyone has. Any possible chance that some of Us don't necessarily have one? Or, am I approaching this the wrong way?
Equally as important, I'm working towards becoming an artist, that is saying, a paid artist...Any possible chance that this is the correct career path for me? I greatly enjoy creating the pieces of work that I do, just not one hundred percent for certain that it's going to be profitable for me to try to continue on a professional basis.
So, what do you think? Do I need help or what? I was born May 16, 1976 at 12:24 am.

You have your Saturn return coming your way and there is no doubt that the questioning has already begun. Your first Saturn return is what we refer to in astrology as the maturing time in your life. You will reevaluate and consider your options as well as make decisions whether to stay put because you think you are too old already to make changes or you will stand up take the initiative and turn your life upside down in search of your goals. For you I believe the main area of change will be professionally. I consider the arts as my salvation as well and cannot imagine working in any other field but for many years I had to work a job that wasn't satisfying in order to support my addiction to my art. I do believe that you belong in the arts and that you are talented and will eventually make your way and be successful. However, if you must take on other projects in order to make money do so but try to keep them in the same venue. In other words if you are a painter try to work at a gallery, a musician - try to work at a recording company and so forth. That way you can and will turn your dream into a reality. You are in a high cycle regarding work for the next five years and yes you should be taking the road less traveled or the unusual route. As for love and having a soul mate I am of the belief that we each have at least 11 almost perfect matches on the planet but they are not always that easy to find. In your case I believe you match up well to those born under the signs Taurus, Cancer, Scorpio, Capricorn and Pisces. You have been in a good cycle regarding meeting partners but I believe that you have also been going through a very self-deceptive period when it comes to what you want.
