I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I am a 44 year old female born December 22, 1958 at 10 pm and currently residing in New York. I have recently become involved in a long distance relationship with a younger man (he resides in North Carolina). I grew up in his hometown and visit it quite frequently, at least once every other month. Not only is he younger but also he is a Gemini (DOB 6/17/74). Which I have been told he is not compatible with my sign and to steer clear. Yet our time together is very special. He is a great conversationalist, while am a good listener. He appreciates the fact that I only offer advice when he requests it. I find him highly intelligent and that is most important to me. The problem is I am always drawn to Gemini's, if I would walk in a room full of available bachelors the one that I would be most attracted to would turn out to be a Gemini. I have dated several and even married one. Is there something wrong with me or is there a reason why this type of man seems to draw me out?

You were born with the sign Aquarius in an area of your chart that deals with partnerships and relationships therefore the Air signs Gemini, Libra and Aquarius are not bad for you. I do think that Geminis are particularly good because they fall in an area of people who can help you achieve your dreams, hopes and wishes for the future. You can learn from them and prosper because of them. With your Sun and Venus in the sign Capricorn you will always do better with partners who are much younger or much older than you are and with your Mercury and Saturn in Sagittarius you will always be attracted to Gemini's or men who are intellectual. You will be in a much higher cycle for love beginning this fall so keep yourself available. Although the comparison with your friend was okay I do think that if you spent more time with him you would find him lacking in some areas. My life condition at the moment is really hectic. I'm a 25 year old male born May 25, 1976, at 11:40 PM, who just broke up with his girlfriend, and very sad about it. Meanwhile, I am also confused about my future. I've been thinking I have been lucky throughout my life. However, as I get older, so many bad things continuously happen. For example, condition at home is not stable. I'd like to continue my studying but I don't put enough into it. I'd like to transfer to a better university. Then I will try my best. I don't know what kind of job will suit me nor do I know what I want to major in. These days, I don't feel like living. I'd like to make a success so that I can help my parents'...will I get accepted?? What kind of major should I take? I'd like to hear your advice Eugenia ...any suggestion will do.

I understand your quandary however your chart indicates that you will continue to be confused regarding your educational pursuits. You have had transiting Neptune adversely aspected to your natal Moon, Mars, Saturn and Uranus in an area that deals with education for some time now and unfortunately it will remain there until the end of 2001. This can also be what has caused your lack of trying to do well scholastically. Now this doesn?t mean that you should forget about trying or that you should quit school. What it does mean is that you may change your mind several times throughout this period regarding your future direction. My suggestion is that you do one of two things. Continue to study general courses that will leave you as much maneuverability as possible so that when you do decide what you want to major in you will not have to back track. Or, you may want to take some time out and get a job. That way you can help your parents financially and get a better idea regarding what direction in life you would eventually like to pursue. According to your chart you show abilities where communications, teaching, horticulture, sales and the travel industry are concerned. Regarding love you are in a high cycle the rest of this year and into next so don?t despair. You will be back in love before you know it. First of all I would like to mention that I love your website! It has helped guide me through many blessings and problems in my life this year. My question is, I have had three love relationships with men who were born in early April and who share the same birthplace (Stockton, CA). Man #1 04/02/64, man #2 04/04/64, man #3 04/06/68. I also have a very close female friend, who I have known since high school. Her birth date is 04/02/64 born in Japan (Weird, same birth date as man #1). Am I destined to have close personal relationships with those born in early April or is it just a coincidence? My birth date is 01/17/65 10:10pm.
I am currently involved with the man born on 04/06/68 and we have been dating for 8 months. Recently we had an argument and I have not heard from him.I am in love with him and I hope that we can work things out. I feel that he may be confused and he is struggling between his feelings for me and his need for independence. Will he come back to me soon?

You were born with the sign Aries in an area of your chart that deals with partnerships, relationships and so forth so it's no surprise that you attract people born under that sign. You do however have a strong earthy chart and this can be difficult if you want to have a lasting relationship with someone of an Aries nature. It is necessary to give Aries space. At the same time you must keep up with an Aries and be a challenge as well. You have a lot of Capricorn and Virgo in your chart giving you the drive, determination and the know-how when it comes to dealing with different personality types. In the case of your most recent Aries boyfriend I believe that with the amount of Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio and Pisces that he has in his chart that the relationship is workable. You are right, he is confused and he could also be lured away by someone else right now. He is sensitive for an Aries and if you hurt his feelings you may have to be extremely nice, accommodating and giving in order to win him back. I believe that he is very uncertain about his future and his direction and if you push him he will only run in the opposite direction. If he hasn't met someone else and he does decide to come back it will be rocky until August. If he won't budge or he has in fact met someone else I don't believe that this new person will be good for him and it is possible that mid next year he may want to come back at that time. Either way it is quite possible that you will get back together.
