I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I am a 44 year old female born December 22, 1958 at 10 pm and currently residing in New York. I have recently become involved in a long distance relationship with a younger man (he resides in North Carolina). I grew up in his hometown and visit it quite frequently, at least once every other month. Not only is he younger but also he is a Gemini (DOB 6/17/74). Which I have been told he is not compatible with my sign and to steer clear. Yet our time together is very special. He is a great conversationalist, while am a good listener. He appreciates the fact that I only offer advice when he requests it. I find him highly intelligent and that is most important to me. The problem is I am always drawn to Gemini's, if I would walk in a room full of available bachelors the one that I would be most attracted to would turn out to be a Gemini. I have dated several and even married one. Is there something wrong with me or is there a reason why this type of man seems to draw me out?

You were born with the sign Aquarius in an area of your chart that deals with partnerships and relationships therefore the Air signs Gemini, Libra and Aquarius are not bad for you. I do think that Geminis are particularly good because they fall in an area of people who can help you achieve your dreams, hopes and wishes for the future. You can learn from them and prosper because of them. With your Sun and Venus in the sign Capricorn you will always do better with partners who are much younger or much older than you are and with your Mercury and Saturn in Sagittarius you will always be attracted to Gemini's or men who are intellectual. You will be in a much higher cycle for love beginning this fall so keep yourself available. Although the comparison with your friend was okay I do think that if you spent more time with him you would find him lacking in some areas. It appears to be more of a mental connection than physical and I would be inclined to keep him as a friend. You are going through your second half-life Saturn and this is probably making you think more about settling down again. Don't be too quick you have plenty of time and I do believe that Mr. Right is just around the corner.

Today, I clicked on the "Community" Section for the first time on a whim, and saw the report on Steven Spielberg, which I greatly enjoyed. I would be very interested to know what the stars have planned for his sister Anne Spielberg. Anne is a talented screenwriter who earned an Oscar nomination for her screenplay "Big." I also have a specific question about odd coincidences, or synchronicityand my career.
I am a screenwriter, and I am planning to politely approach Mr. Spielberg for his advice on a mystical TV series I have created. I have never met him, but he has popped up now and then in my family's social circle (which is political, not Hollywood) in recent years. Very recently, I met someone who is a colleague of his sister Anne! And then, today, I came across your report on Steven Spielberg.
My question specifically is: Is there something to be gained by approaching these prominent and important people for advice on my project?
I enjoy your site tremendously. It is only in the past year that I have discovered what wonderful tool astrology is.I am a Virgo born September 12, 1963, at 11:56 AM. Unfortunately, I did not clue in to the significance of the Jupiter transit through my house of career and in time to make the fullest use of it. Timing, as you say, is everything. By the way Anne was born December 25, 1949.

Jupiter is transiting your eighth house of contracts and agreements so it's not a bad time to do deals however that is usually if they are already in the making. Consider the fact that Jupiter will be well aspected to your natal Mars in the eleventh followed by your natal Neptune in your twelfth and this can be a good time to do some behind the scenes investigating and diplomatic approaches to those who are in a position to help you get ahead. With the continuing movement of both Saturn and Jupiter over the course of the next several years you could actually do quite well. The groundwork you lay down now will help you reach higher levels later on. You are up for sudden changes especially where travel, communication and publishing is concerned so don't hold back now. You will have to be careful from a legal standpoint and make sure that your work is well protected before you decide to divulge your ideas.
Regarding Anne, she is going through a very creative cycle at the moment and with the type of chart she has I believe that she will probably reach another accolade in her life over the course of the next couple of years. Without her birth time it is difficult to be specific but she does have a marvelous chart and although there do appear to be some setbacks personally and emotionally while transiting Saturn is moving through Gemini I believe that she will still achieve with the aid of Jupiter moving through Cancer over the course of the upcoming year.

I have just recently lost my long time partner of 8 yrs born September 25, 1975. He was killed in a snowmobile accident in Dec. I have been feeling miserable and very lost lately. One of his friends who is 12 yrs older then myself born April 26, 1967 has been very comforting and wonderful to me. He is always taking good care of me. Last night I engaged in an intimate relationship with him?but am not sure if I did this because of what I am going through. I feel very guilty about what I have done for it has only been a few months since Andrew's funeral. But I really do have strong feelings for this much older man. I have no idea if this will go anywhere or what is to come next. He has promised me not to push and that the ball is in my court, that no matter what he will always be there for me. Is this wrong? I was born February 15, 1979 @ 5:05 am.

Although you have a wonderful comparison with Andrew much of it is based on how well you got along mentally. Andrew truly loved you for who you are. He had the ability to wager the pros and cons of any situation and could compartmentalize when necessary. His message to you is to move on, if the situation was reversed he would have done so himself. Andrews passing has been a great loss for both you and the older man in your life and together you will keep his memory alive. I believe if Andrew could have picked the person he would have wanted you to spend the rest of your life with it would have been his Taurus friend.
Your comparison with your older man is actually very good. The reason you are attracted to him is because you match up so well physically, mentally and emotionally. This is a man who has grown to love you as you have him. The time factor has nothing to do with anything. Falling in love happens at and under the strangest circumstances and in this case it wouldn't surprise me if Karma has played a role in your life both with Andrew and with your Taurus man. Chances are you would never have met your Taurus if it weren't for his connection to Andrew. Don't feel guilty - life is short and God put us here for a good time not a long time. You can waste time living in the past or move forward and enjoy your life as Andrew I'm sure hopes that you will. He loved life and it was obvious by his chart that he did live his to its fullest even though it was cut short. Don't let your sensitive natal Mercury in Pisces stop you from moving forward and grasping all the precious moments that are being presented to you.
