I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I'm a Cancer (7/6/69 2.40 am, Gemini asc.) who's looking for a long-term partner. I tend to look out only for guys of compatible signs, cause I'm thinking that they're the only ones that could yield a healthy long-term relationship. In the last year I find I've been meeting a lot of Libras (clashes with my sun) and Virgos (clashes with my Gemini asc.) but I've not pursued them for the reasons stated. I've read that compatible sun sign relationships are more likely to grow together over the years whereas incompatible sun sign relationships were more likely to grow apart over the years. Am I guilty of Sun sign prejudice (smile), or just taking the astrology thing a little too seriously? Please help.

One thing that most people don't realize is that to use astrology to the degree that is required for the purposes of compatibility you must do a complete astrological comparison between yourself and the person you are interested in. This can be done on my www.astroadvice.com website for free. You just need to register to be a member (again, membership is free and also have your partners day, month, year and if possible time and place of birth for complete accuracy). This compatibility feature will give you all the pros and cons of the relationship.
According to the date time and place that you have submitted you are in fact born under the sign Cancer but that's where is ends You have a Taurus ascendant not Gemini, two planets in Virgo well aspected to your Venus in Taurus which makes both Virgo and Taurus a good fit and Uranus in Libra in your fifth house using equal house method and sixth using placidus which means that this sign is better to socialize or work with.
In the area of your chart that deals with partnerships you have the sign Scorpio and this makes that sign Compatible as well. Sagittarius and Gemini fall in your second and eighth house the eighth being dead-end projects and the second an offshoot of the eighth making these signs the least likely especially with the Virgo that you have in your chart. Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio, late Capricorn and Pisces should be the better signs for you.

I have been writing to you now and then since Sept 2002. My problem, which is financial, has steadily worsened, especially in the last 6 months. I've written every week for the last 7 weeks all toll over 15 times. I tried your pay site, thinking if I pay for it I surely will get an answer, by watching your show and seeing how good you are I desperately want and need your expertise. (I could not get payment to go through) so I'm trying again. There is something I need to know as soon as possible if I don't get an answer this time I'll call it my bad luck and stop trying. (Maybe one more time on your pay site)
Here's the problem; I have a 5 unit apt. building my father sold it to me 8 an a half years ago, he held the mortgage at very low interest, 3 years later I had to get a regular mortgage because he was retiring and moving away and wanted his money. Higher interest bigger payment and the building beginning to need expensive repairs (new roof alone cost $11,500.) yearly things like property taxes, water and sewerage, property insurance are up to over $7000 a year. Over the years I borrowed to pay this and that to the point where I can't borrow any more. Now there are 3 choices to consider, I try to get a grant to fix things that are major and I have no money to get it done, maybe sell if so when would be the best time? Last resort file for bankruptcy I really don't want to go that route. I would be so grateful if you would read my chart and tell me what you see. Will I find a way to get money or should I sell? I have to do something quick I may soon get a notice of liability of tax sale. Please tell me what to do and I'll work towards that.
I work at a job for $8.25 an hour. Also had a part time job for the last 3 years, evenings. I have 8 grown children that also has contributed to my debt - my trying to help any of them when they were in need. 0ne in particular has cost me a lot. My date of birth is Sept. 8th, 1942, at 9am.

You have gone through a very rough three years regarding investments and dealing with agencies, taxes, contractors and anyone else who had anything to do with your property. At the same time you went through your second Saturn return. The first one was around the age of 29 and if you think back to what you went through at that time you can expect similar results unless you make changes that will bring about a different set of circumstances. It is apparent that things can change quite suddenly for you however not necessarily in your favor especially between and March of 2005 and this concerns me. You probably should have tried to sell the property this time last year, not now. With transiting Jupiter rapidly moving into an adverse position to your natal Uranus I fear that you will not get what you want for the property if you try to sell now. You will however have some favorable transits that may help you get a grant to fix the place up and prepare it for sale in September/October of next year. If you think you can hold on until that time do so but not at the price of possibly declaring bankruptcy. That is the last thing you want to do. You are better to sell at a loss right now than to do that. You may have one other window of opportunity that come up for selling or getting the grant you are looking for between late October and March of next year with November 30 until December 11 and January 28 until February 8 being the absolute best times. The first date could be the sale and the second the closing. Depending on how crucial your position is will determine your decision. Given the transits you have just experienced I believe you will want to dump the burden and get on with your life as quickly as possible.

My Daughter, December,14th,1986, and? my son, August,20th,1988, are tearing me up inside.? We have had a very busy year, confusing and some-what unsettling. Now that a few of my accomplishments have been met, they are no longer apart of my daily life.? They are both so young, and they both need to grow up so fast. I am really hurting inside I cry, when I am alone, which is quite often the past few weeks. I do not see why this is happening to us. They rebel against my rules, but go live with others and abide by their stricter rules!! What is going on? Where is this all going to lead? Eugenia, you helped me before, I need you again. I need to know what I am doing so wrong. It really is killing me inside; help me to understand these challenges, and obstacles. Why can't they grow and prosper in my care? You have a good chart and a very capable chart in so many ways however where children are concerned (having them, raising them) you have a Neptune Mars opposition that stands in your way. This causes uncertainty, confusion, and anger and it unfortunately hooks up to the Moon in both your children?s charts negatively. This means that there is emotional deception and disillusionment when it comes to the way they relate to you and you to them.
Your chart denotes that right now you should be focusing on career and moving in a direction that will help you grow and prosper financially and professionally. Your home environment continues to show weakness, deception and plenty of confusion until the spring of 2009. This may make it difficult for you to do the job necessary in order to raise your children. Your children do have a rebellious nature and if someone else can make the difference or help to get them through their growing years without too many incidence it will be a blessing. Consider yourself lucky that you have someone who can handle your children. As for you ?
