This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.

I'm a Cancer (7/6/69 2.40 am, Gemini asc.) who's looking for a long-term partner. I tend to look out only for guys of compatible signs, cause I'm thinking that they're the only ones that could yield a healthy long-term relationship. In the last year I find I've been meeting a lot of Libras (clashes with my sun) and Virgos (clashes with my Gemini asc.) but I've not pursued them for the reasons stated. I've read that compatible sun sign relationships are more likely to grow together over the years whereas incompatible sun sign relationships were more likely to grow apart over the years. Am I guilty of Sun sign prejudice (smile), or just taking the astrology thing a little too seriously? Please help.

One thing that most people don't realize is that to use astrology to the degree that is required for the purposes of compatibility you must do a complete astrological comparison between yourself and the person you are interested in. According to the date time and place that you have submitted you are in fact born under the sign Cancer but that's where is ends You have a Taurus ascendant not Gemini, two planets in Virgo well aspected to your Venus in Taurus which makes both Virgo and Taurus a good fit and Uranus in Libra in your fifth house using equal house method and sixth using placidus which means that this sign is better to socialize or work with.

In the area of your chart that deals with partnerships you have the sign Scorpio and this makes that sign Compatible as well. Sagittarius and Gemini fall in your second and eighth house the eighth being dead-end projects and the second an offshoot of the eighth making these signs the least likely especially with the Virgo that you have in your chart. Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio, late Capricorn and Pisces should be the better signs for you.

Dear Eugenia,

How are you? I resigned from work three months ago. I did not want to look for a new job because I decided to set up my own boutique. During the preparation, I encountered many difficulties in financing and searching for shop location. I have already spent a large amount of money in the preparation and research stage. My family objects to my plans. They think that I am taking a risk, but I cannot stop at this point because I have invested quite a lot. Since the family is not rich, I don't know whether I should continue to fulfil my dream or not. Can you give me some advice? I was born October 20, 1973, at 12 PM.

You do have a struggle ahead of you however the possibilities of success are evident. You will find that your hard work will start to pay off if you can maintain your position until May/June of next year. If this means holding down two jobs to do so I feel that it will be worth your while. Your other option will be to take on a partner however I feel that you may not find someone suitable who will be honest with you so if you can do it by yourself you should. Overspending and poor investments over the past three months show clearly in your chart and that will be the hardest thing to overcome but with a second job you should be able to survive. Do not expand when you do start to make money instead work with what you have for as long as possible before going into any more expense.

Article: A Bachelor at Heart

Dear Eugenia,

I have been in love with my husband for a very long time. Our relationship has weathered many ups and downs but the past few years have been particularly difficult. He has been unfaithful and is currently unable to make a decision between staying and recommitting to our marriage or not. I was born on april29/55 (@ 5:55pm). He is a Scorpio (November 17/55). I can understand your position. As a Taurus with a strong Cancer and Scorpio influence you don't really relish disruptions of any kind especially when it has to do with your home, family and security. The comparison with your husband was okay but it did lack some pizzazz. He may be a Scorpio but when it comes to love and romance he has his natal Venus in the sign Sagittarius and that is usually an indication that married or not he will always be a bachelor at heart. I think it's time to set him free and get on with your life. You have a lot to offer and can still find love and romance with someone more worthy of your loyalty, dedication and devotion. You need to start doing the activities you used to enjoy, get back into the swing of things. It may be frightening at first but you will be fine. Keep in mind that it can be extremely lonely living with someone who pays little attention to you. You deserve more and you can have it. Your chart indicates that it's time to focus on yourself and your future. I feel that if your husband saw you as a challenge he may want to reconcile, however if I were you, I'd think long and hard before I'd jump into that situation again. You match up well to those born under the signs Taurus, Cancer, Scorpio, Capricorn and Pisces. Take note that the Scorpio in your husband's chart is what initially attracted you, not the Sagittarius. Another Scorpio with his natal Venus in Scorpio, Capricorn or Virgo would probably match up quite nicely.
