I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

Dear Eugenia,
I am a 27-year-old Pisces born February 28, 1976, at 5:30 PM and I have recently been made aware of 'Saturn Return' in my chart? This could explain my exhaustion and frustration over the last couple of years. I am tired of being self-employed, I realize it has taken away from my social life and financially I am just hanging on. I have recently interviewed for summer work to alleviate the stresses, with no luck. Though I seem at peace with life I don't have the securities my peers have, career, social and romantic stability. I do admit I would like to settle down. Is it this 'Saturn Return' that is affecting my life? Will it go away? At this point, any advice or words of hope would help.

Your Saturn return hasn't begun yet. Although you will start to feel the impact of your Saturn return over the next year it will actually have the strongest affect on you between late August of next year (2004) and will remain with you for approximately one year ending late July 2005. During that time you will reevaluate your life and make decisions based on the way you feel about your past. It is a pivotal point in a person's life when Saturn returns. Some people do well with it because they take the initiative, make the necessary changes and proceed in a positive and upward motion. Others find it overwhelming and decide that what they have achieved is all life has to offer and that they are too old to make changes - which I might add is ridiculous and a cop out. As for you I do not see your Saturn return as being that much of a problem. Regarding what has been causing you all the friction the past several years I would have to say is transiting Uranus and Neptune moving through the sign Aquarius. You were born with your Moon, Mercury and Venus in that sign in an area of your chart that does deal with work. Unfortunately it has played havoc with you and although it isn't over yet I do believe that you will always go back to doing your own thing. You are innovative, creative and have a good chart when it comes to work and money. If you want to work for someone else that is fine. You should be able to land a decent job shortly. I might suggest however that you do try to keep your business running on the side. I feel that if you do it will pick up giving you the satisfaction you need. As for your social, personal and home life - well that is where transiting Saturn has been affecting your life the past couple of years putting a damper on relationships and in general your social life. You will be coming into a much higher cycle regarding such matters as transiting Saturn moves into the sign Cancer coupled with Uranus which has just moved briefly into the sign Pisces opening up all sorts of new opportunities and changes regarding both business and personal partnerships. It's time to prepare for change and don't be afraid to partner up with someone in all aspects of your life. You may discover that joining forces with someone regarding your business may be a prosperous journey as well. You match up well to those born under the signs Gemini, Cancer, Virgo, Libra, Sagittarius, Capricorn and Pisces but always get a complete astrological comparison done to be sure. Dear Eugenia:
I am currently upset because I have recently checked other forecasts besides yours and they all seem to say that I will be coming into an inheritance sometime this year. The reason for my quandary is that I really have very little immediate family left. I have lost both of my parents at an early age and only am close with my husband's side of the family and my brother and Aunt. I really am afraid that this means I will be losing someone close to me. The area of your chart being referred to has several different meanings that could occur. You can come into money however it might be due to signing a contract that will bring you a higher wage, or perhaps you will win some money in a local lottery. It can mean that an investment you made starts to pay off or that you decide to invest in yourself, real estate or other items for you home that will grow in value. It does not have to mean that you are going to experience the loss of a loved one. Death is something that can not be predicted. Keep in mind that we are never on this planet one moment longer than we are supposed to be. Please lose your fears and look for a means to create more cash for yourself. My live-in boyfriend of almost 4 years and I are no longer living together as of the end of February. His birth date is 8/14/1960 time unknown. I truly love him but we seem to clash occasionally. We've decided to move separately but I don't want to lose him as my man. Do you see us eventually getting together for life? I have another Leo who has been in and out of my life for eight years born 8/13/1957 time unknown. Why do I keep meeting Leos, I love them, but can't seem to keep them. What am I doing wrong? To begin with you actually match up quite well to both Leo's that you have been involved with. One slight problem however and that is that the sign Leo falls in an area of your chart that deals with dead ends. In other words trying to hold on to this sign is futile. You actually match up to those born under the signs Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Libra, Sagittarius, Capricorn and Pisces.
