For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

Dear Eugenia,
I am a 27-year-old Pisces born February 28, 1976, at 5:30 PM and I have recently been made aware of 'Saturn Return' in my chart? This could explain my exhaustion and frustration over the last couple of years. I am tired of being self-employed, I realize it has taken away from my social life and financially I am just hanging on. I have recently interviewed for summer work to alleviate the stresses, with no luck. Though I seem at peace with life I don't have the securities my peers have, career, social and romantic stability. I do admit I would like to settle down. Is it this 'Saturn Return' that is affecting my life? Will it go away? At this point, any advice or words of hope would help.

Your Saturn return hasn't begun yet. Although you will start to feel the impact of your Saturn return over the next year it will actually have the strongest affect on you between late August of next year (2004) and will remain with you for approximately one year ending late July 2005. During that time you will reevaluate your life and make decisions based on the way you feel about your past. It is a pivotal point in a person's life when Saturn returns. Some people do well with it because they take the initiative, make the necessary changes and proceed in a positive and upward motion. Others find it overwhelming and decide that what they have achieved is all life has to offer and that they are too old to make changes - which I might add is ridiculous and a cop out. As for you I do not see your Saturn return as being that much of a problem. Regarding what has been causing you all the friction the past several years I would have to say is transiting Uranus and Neptune moving through the sign Aquarius. You were born with your Moon, Mercury and Venus in that sign in an area of your chart that does deal with work. Unfortunately it has played havoc with you and although it isn't over yet I do believe that you will always go back to doing your own thing. You are innovative, creative and have a good chart when it comes to work and money. If you want to work for someone else that is fine. You should be able to land a decent job shortly. I might suggest however that you do try to keep your business running on the side. I feel that if you do it will pick up giving you the satisfaction you need. As for your social, personal and home life - well that is where transiting Saturn has been affecting your life the past couple of years putting a damper on relationships and in general your social life. You will be coming into a much higher cycle regarding such matters as transiting Saturn moves into the sign Cancer coupled with Uranus which has just moved briefly into the sign Pisces opening up all sorts of new opportunities and changes regarding both business and personal partnerships. It's time to prepare for change and don't be afraid to partner up with someone in all aspects of your life. You may discover that joining forces with someone regarding your business may be a prosperous journey as well. This is the first time that I read you letters to the members who have troubles. I am now facing a question and wish you could advise me how to make my choice.
I broke up with my first boyfriend about two months ago. Soon after, I knew a guy (Paul) from the internet. He told me that he wanted me to be his girlfriend after we talked over the phone for the first time. I knew that he has just broken up with his girl friend. I didn't believe in him.
It has been one month now. We have never seen each other, but I found that I do like him. I feel that he cares and supports me, but I am afraid that we haven't built up any foundation in this relationship. I told him that I didn't want to fall in love so soon. And he said he would wait for me.
I met an ex-colleague Sam today. We knew each other when I took up a temporary job. He had a first sight love feeling towards me in the past, but I was shy to accept him. (I am not a confident girl.) After I finished my temporary job, we both went back to school and did not contact each other any more. Three months later, he called me saying that he loved me. I didn't give him a definite answer although I gradually felt that I also liked him. After a while, he didn't call me but I always think of him. I met him again today and told him that I would call him. I prepared to tell him all my feelings.
On the other hand, Paul moves me. I feel that Paul treats me better than Sam, but I have no confidence in someone known from the internet. I am afraid that I will make a wrong choice. Eugenia, can you tell me who suits me better?

There is no contest; you match up much better to Paul. The only problem with your relationship with him is that there is some emotional deception regarding involvements with other people. In other words one or both of you may also have someone else that you are talking to. As in your case it would be Sam. I think that you should safely meet with Paul. Take a friend along or make arrangements to meet for tea somewhere that you feel comfortable. I don't believe that you have anything to fear but it's always good to be on the safe side. As for Sam well the comparison wasn't that great. I believe that you are attracted to one another but you don't appear to have as much in common as you and Paul. You will be in a high cycle regarding love and romance for the next twelve months so don't be too quick to get into a serious relationship. Dear Eugenia,
I was in a very intense, 4-month relationship that ended Feb, 2000. I am a Taurus/Gemini cusp, born May 21, 1958 @ 3:20 a.m. and he was born Sept. 13, 1957. He ended it in a very callous fashion, i.e. a phone call informing me it was over with no prior discussion, no fight, no indication whatsoever that anything was wrong. Needless to say I was devastated, not to mention shocked and betrayed beyond belief. He was/is the only man I have ever loved as there wasn't a single thing about him that I didn't like and I have NEVER found that before or since.
Being single at age 42 is no picnic. Pickings are slim simply because of logistics and what is available usually involves problems with kids, ex-wives and whatever other baggage they are bound to be carrying. So I find myself feeling totally hopeless that I will never find someone I cared for like I did him. I have been to the beach and back and know full well how bad the odds are.
So, before I toss in all my chips and waste no further effort into trying to meet someone, I thought I'd ask you if and when you foresee me ever finding happiness.

Don't throw in the towel just yet. There are opportunities to meet potential partners this year but you must get out and join organizations you believe in. It is important that you also take the time to grow and expand your horizons this year. You are headed toward your second half-life Saturn and it is time to reevaluate and make the necessary changes. To travel both mentally and physically will be enlightening and should lead you down unfamiliar avenues that will change your life. If you think back to when you were around the age of 14/15 you went through this same transit as a child, now you are going to experience similar events as an adult.
