I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

Dear Eugenia,
I am in love with a guy that 'fired' me and dumped me all in the same day. He was attempting to teach me how to drive as a trucker. We remained friends for 2 weeks. I am trying to get into a truck driving school, I asked him if I could borrow one of his vehicles, the school is out of state and I have no vehicle of my own. He is so boiling mad and fuming that I even asked that question! He is not my friend anymore, he says, that I was using him, which I was not. But yet, he would like to know how I am doing in school, and also said that he is still quite fond of me. He will not even consider any kind of friendship with me until after he is over being mad at me. He wants no contact from me, but said to email him or call him when I am in school. He said that after I am in school, we would take it from there. Am I getting mixed signals or what? We were together for 5 weeks on the road; not understanding how you can fire someone you weren't even paying.....I have no idea how long it will take him to get over being mad at me; or if there is a chance of winning back his friendship. I was born on 6/22/60 at 10:32 am. He was born 9/8/61. Do I hold any hope of ever regaining his friendship and maybe a relationship again? Thank you.

The comparison certainly had some hot connections. It is apparent that emotionally and physically you do hook up but mentally there will be problems. Arguments and misunderstandings can be expected. I believe that this could turn out to be one of those love/hate relationships where you can't live with or without the other person. Back up, slow down and start all over. When you finish your trucker's course contact him and try to keep everything open, honest and amiable. If you can do so you may stand a chance at making this one work. I wrote in a few months back and (thankfully!) I got a reply from you suggesting that I take advantage of my high cycle regarding educational pursuits during from July till next year and I've done just that.
I've been offered a place in a teachers training college and will be doing a BSc (Education) from this July on for 4years. After which I'll have to fulfill another 4years bond teaching. Everything seems too good to be true and I'm all ready to take it but there's this nagging thought that I'm rushing into things. Is this chance of furthering my studies (and later a teaching career) a real break for me or it is just another illusion I've created for myself? I'm actually kind of lost. I've got tons of reasons why I should grab it (circumstances and financial support rendered if I take it up), but also tons of negative thoughts of 'What if's' popping up. My mind is basically a yo-yo between 'grab it' and 'leave it'.
What I'm really into is child psychology and I somehow feel that teaching being rather close to that subject, might be a good experience if ever I want to do a deg. on that area. Does my chart show that it's possible for me to do another deg. in psychology after this? Will I have another high cycle for education, 4yrs later?
Being a firm believer in astrology but having only limited knowledge of this art to do an accurate casting of my own fate, I really hope to hear from you again.

Take the opportunity and run. You have the planet Uranus in an area of your chart that deals with higher education and that is an indication that you will be a student of sorts throughout your life. What ifs are the very things that hold you back. It's time to forge ahead and learn all you can. Both teaching and child psychology are well suited to you and I do believe that you can and will do both. Stop pondering and get on with your life and your future. Hope from one girl. Eugenia, please take a look at my letter. Many people have told me that I'm too fat. I was fat even when I was very young. I tried every method to keep fit but I failed all the time. Now, I'm too tired to keep dieting. I want to do one career that requires me to lose weight. Dieting is compulsory. I don't want to tell anyone about my dream because I am too fat. Even my parents don't know. They are now planning to send me off to study abroad. If I don't do the job I like, then my life will be meaningless. What should I do now? Do I have the power to achieve my dream? Is it impossible to get slim? I have started to hate myself. Your chart does indicate that you are a bit of a dreamer but that doesn't mean that you can't achieve your goals. I feel that you have been going about it the wrong way. All these diets are only good if you are in a serious and regimented exercise routine. You will have the discipline over the course of the next two to three years to lose weight if you are smart and combine proper eating habits with regular exercise. I suggest that if you are really serious about this you start by joining a fitness club when you go away to school. Ask your parents to hire a personal trainer for you. Regarding your future profession. I do believe that you will do well with your professional goals and although they may not be exactly what you are dreaming about doing right now you will enjoy the position you end up in. You are still very young and if you start to think about nutrition and eating smartly now you will probably be well on your way to getting trim and fit in no time.
