I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

My long-term question is that electronic astrology programs mention that I have latent undiscovered psychic or spiritual abilities. My AstroAdvice Natal Analysis says, "You can use your psychic abilities to get ahead in the world" and rates it 90%. I heard a suggestion that meditation can awaken this ability which could improve my environment and let me help myself as well as others. My interest in this subject is mainly spiritual as I have strong interests in improving myself spiritually. In your opinion and from your experience, how may I do so?My medium term question is my choice of career. Would my choice of career affect psychic or spiritual development (above question)? I wish to pursue electrical engineering.
My short-term question is that on 13th July 2000 and 18th July 2000 I suffered two minor accidents, the latter being one involving a motor vehicle. Is the time right for me to be on the road driving a motor vehicle? I was born June 17, 1980, at 2:54 PM.

Your chart does indicate Psychic ability however it appears to be in an area that deals with your well being and investments. Regarding helping you in your professional pursuits I think you have a natural ability to excel. You should do well in your chosen field and although you will have to work hard over the next couple of years you should find that between 2002 and 2008 you will have all kinds of opportunities to get ahead. I do not believe that your professional obligations will stand in the way of your spiritual or psychic growth. You should find that you will begin to expand your awareness in psychic areas next summer and this will set your spiritual course for years to come. Just because someone does well in business or has a career that is analytical does not mean that he or she cannot reach as high a spiritual or psychic level. You may want to take an interest course next year that will help you develop your intuitive abilities even further. Concerning your accidents I feel it was due to transiting Mars conjunct your natal Mercury in a transportation area of your chart. This particular transit can also cause arguments with friends or relatives, problems while traveling or difficulties with teachers. Although it has moved on for the time being it is something that can occur from time to time.

I am currently faced with a crisis situation, which involves my 16-year-old son. Two years ago he was accused of having sexually molesting his 3-year-old stepsister. He has insisted and maintained his innocence. I am a believer looking at reality and I know that there is a possibility he may have committed this act but evidence having been tested came back negative and the authorities have basically closed the case but now his stepmother has had a nervous breakdown and is undergoing psychiatric care. She has been working on this situation in her mind for two years now trying to figure out the truth that has basically greatly affected her mental and emotional health. I have been trying to keep myself on a balance trying to get facts and am absolutely not fooling myself that this couldn't possibly have happened and I would like to help my son in any way I can. My own lifestyle includes a twelve-step program, as I am a recovered alcoholic for just about ten years now. I have tried to detach to a certain extent and take it one 24 period at a time but I feel so bad for my son and everyone else I don't know what to do. If you have some advice that may help give me some semblance of serenity I would greatly welcome it. In the meantime I will continue to pray and meditate. I was born March 10, 1959, at 8:35 am.

I can see your struggle and the pain and endurance you have had to go through but I really need your son's and his stepmothers birth data to give you the answers that I believe you are looking for. As for you, I feel that you are putting way too much pressure on yourself. You can't account for everyone else. If you can supply me with the information I need I will try to accommodate you as I'm sure all my readers would like to know more about your situation. You are a strong woman who took a detour in life that was definitely a learning experience but the fact that you picked yourself up and took the high road is proof enough that you have what it takes to move forward and not let the dilemmas of those around you drag you down. The area in your chart that deals with children is undergoing changes right now and this probably has something to do with your eldest son however not knowing how many children you have or how many might be living with you I can't be sure. Your home environment and the area of your chart that deals with legal matters or getting help is in a high cycle until the end of the year so take advantage of this if possible. The changes coming your way I believe are good and with a little effort and focusing on yourself for a change much can be accomplished. I have been writing to you now and then since Sept 2002. My problem, which is financial, has steadily worsened, especially in the last 6 months. I've written every week for the last 7 weeks all toll over 15 times. I tried your pay site, thinking if I pay for it I surely will get an answer, by watching your show and seeing how good you are I desperately want and need your expertise. (I could not get payment to go through) so I'm trying again. There is something I need to know as soon as possible if I don't get an answer this time I'll call it my bad luck and stop trying. (Maybe one more time on your pay site)
Here's the problem; I have a 5 unit apt. building my father sold it to me 8 an a half years ago, he held the mortgage at very low interest, 3 years later I had to get a regular mortgage because he was retiring and moving away and wanted his money. Higher interest bigger payment and the building beginning to need expensive repairs (new roof alone cost $11,500.) yearly things like property taxes, water and sewerage, property insurance are up to over $7000 a year. Over the years I borrowed to pay this and that to the point where I can't borrow any more. Now there are 3 choices to consider, I try to get a grant to fix things that are major and I have no money to get it done, maybe sell if so when would be the best time? Last resort file for bankruptcy I really don't want to go that route. I would be so grateful if you would read my chart and tell me what you see. Will I find a way to get money or should I sell? I have to do something quick I may soon get a notice of liability of tax sale. Please tell me what to do and I'll work towards that.
I work at a job for $8.25 an hour. Also had a part time job for the last 3 years, evenings. I have 8 grown children that also has contributed to my debt - my trying to help any of them when they were in need. 0ne in particular has cost me a lot. My date of birth is Sept. 8th, 1942, at 9am.

You have gone through a very rough three years regarding investments and dealing with agencies, taxes, contractors and anyone else who had anything to do with your property. At the same time you went through your second Saturn return. The first one was around the age of 29 and if you think back to what you went through at that time you can expect similar results unless you make changes that will bring about a different set of circumstances. It is apparent that things can change quite suddenly for you however not necessarily in your favor especially between and March of 2005 and this concerns me. You probably should have tried to sell the property this time last year, not now. With transiting Jupiter rapidly moving into an adverse position to your natal Uranus I fear that you will not get what you want for the property if you try to sell now. You will however have some favorable transits that may help you get a grant to fix the place up and prepare it for sale in September/October of next year. If you think you can hold on until that time do so but not at the price of possibly declaring bankruptcy. That is the last thing you want to do. You are better to sell at a loss right now than to do that. You may have one other window of opportunity that come up for selling or getting the grant you are looking for between late October and March of next year with November 30 until December 11 and January 28 until February 8 being the absolute best times. The first date could be the sale and the second the closing. Depending on how crucial your position is will determine your decision. Given the transits you have just experienced I believe you will want to dump the burden and get on with your life as quickly as possible.
