I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

Thank you for providing this service for self-exploration. These days my computer is on auto pilot to your I Ching feature; although he has proven insightful, I would like the chance of experiencing the human element of your web site.Here goes.... My husband and I are both Aries, and have totally different personality traits. I was born 24/03/1960, at 2 AM. My husband birth date is 22/03/1961, I do not know his time of birth. I am energetic, motivated, outgoing, competitive; he is passive, laid back, doesn't like change. When we were married in 1981, we moved over 1000 miles away from our birthplace and families. Since 1981 to now, we have experienced a lot of life, from our youngest son being diagnosed with Cancer, to loosing my father. Right now, we are in a position to re-evaluate our career paths, and move closer to home. In the small northern community that we live in, the health and education systems are in shambles. We decided last March to let our eldest son have the opportunity to go to a boarding school. He loved it, and will be returning this September. For me, it is very hard to have my 15-year-old son living away from home. I have taken the initiative of "doing" a resume for my husband and have sent it out to several places... and telling him after the fact. He is now getting responses for interviews. You see, the company that he works for is re-evaluating their economic viability, and have closed down operations for one year, while still maintaining all staffing levels. We are in limbo. He came home from work the other night, and said there was a job posting up for a job he would really like to apply for at this "Limbo Company", and that he liked to be "comfortable". I need change, and to be with my family... Does this mean DIVORCE COURT!!!

Just because you are born under the same sun sign does not mean that you have to be alike. A personalized chart is like your thumbprint. There are several differences that stand out between you and your husband's charts even without having his birth time. I wouldn't be surprised however if he were born around the noon hour giving him a Cancer ascendant. If this is the case I suspect that he will be moving along with you and not staying put. This could be because he gets an interesting offer from one of the companies you sent his resume to or because he does not get the job at the Limbo Company. You match up too well to have divorce enter the picture, as I'm sure you are well aware. Changes are apparent and the opportunity to make a move looks good. I'd be putting your house on the market if you own it or looking for a place to live closer to your birth place come October with hopes of selling your house or making your move sometime before the end of the year.

I have a 4-year-old daughter born on 6th May 1996 at 4.45pm. She has started to have bouts of severe blinking. I am very concerned about her health and doctors cannot seem to give me much in the way of answers and it seems to be worse at the moment. I would love any advice as I am at my wits end with worry.

Your daughter was born with her natal Saturn at an adverse angle to her natal Moon and natal Venus and this can cause problems with her vision. In turn this can result in the severe blinking. However, if you have already checked this out I believe that the other problem that could be causing her blinking is stress. Where lower education is concerned she can have difficult experiences with her peers as well as with her teachers. You will have to keep a close eye on what is actually happening to her in her school environment. Her home situation does not appear to be that happy for her right now. I believe that there is some uncertainty, deception or escapism that is affecting her. Possibly someone in the family is abusive in some way. Either abuses alcohol or is verbally harsh and she is not reacting well to this. Your daughter is highly intuitive and imaginative and although you may not be picking up on someone's actions as being caustic I believe that she is. In many ways I feel that your daughter has intuitive abilities that are highly confusing for her right now. She is picking up all sorts of information that is not necessarily spoken out loud. This can be very upsetting for someone her age. The best way to help her is to open up communication and encourage her to talk to you about the way she feels and the thoughts and dreams that she is having. I know that this may sound far-fetched to you but it is what shows up in her chart. I hope that this will help you to help her. As she grows older and has a better understanding of how intuitive and creative she is she will be able to put her talents to good use and the severe blinking should diminish.

After a long alliance (intellectual mainly) with a talented and prominent man, I see him working to stay with his (third) wife, and I am considering cutting bait. As none of our friends know of our relationship, this seems like it should be easier, but it's painful to me, and my clandestine life with this remarkable man has helped. Diplomacy is exactly what's required. The comparison is okay but does show signs of sorrow and certainly does touch off an area of your chart that deals with secret affairs. This is usually an indication of the position you will remain in with this particular man. The sorrow falls in an area of your chart that deals with work relations as well so hopefully this will not cause any problems for you professionally. Matters are coming to a head between now and October of this year and it is important that you protect yourself, if that means backing off you probably should. You are coming into a high cycle regarding love and romance this fall - this can mean that someone comes back into your life or that you find a new love. Between now and late July you are completing a transit that has caused frustration, limitation and obvious setbacks regarding love relationships. My suggestion is to back off very quickly for the time being even if it is difficult. Come fall he may have sorted out his personal problems after all he has been married three times so he isn't afraid of divorce. Regardless of how bright a person is human nature is to want what you think you can't have, if you back off now you stand a much better chance of ending up with him in the fall. My suggestion however is that you move on with your life because personally I feel that you can do better regardless of how compelling this man may be. It is apparent that it would be easier to know him the way you do. Being his wife would be a challenge to say the least.
