I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

Thank you for providing this service for self-exploration. These days my computer is on auto pilot to your I Ching feature; although he has proven insightful, I would like the chance of experiencing the human element of your web site.Here goes.... My husband and I are both Aries, and have totally different personality traits. I was born 24/03/1960, at 2 AM. My husband birth date is 22/03/1961, I do not know his time of birth. I am energetic, motivated, outgoing, competitive; he is passive, laid back, doesn't like change. When we were married in 1981, we moved over 1000 miles away from our birthplace and families. Since 1981 to now, we have experienced a lot of life, from our youngest son being diagnosed with Cancer, to loosing my father. Right now, we are in a position to re-evaluate our career paths, and move closer to home. In the small northern community that we live in, the health and education systems are in shambles. We decided last March to let our eldest son have the opportunity to go to a boarding school. He loved it, and will be returning this September. For me, it is very hard to have my 15-year-old son living away from home. I have taken the initiative of "doing" a resume for my husband and have sent it out to several places... and telling him after the fact. He is now getting responses for interviews. You see, the company that he works for is re-evaluating their economic viability, and have closed down operations for one year, while still maintaining all staffing levels. We are in limbo. He came home from work the other night, and said there was a job posting up for a job he would really like to apply for at this "Limbo Company", and that he liked to be "comfortable". I need change, and to be with my family... Does this mean DIVORCE COURT!!!

Just because you are born under the same sun sign does not mean that you have to be alike. A personalized chart is like your thumbprint. There are several differences that stand out between you and your husband's charts even without having his birth time. I wouldn't be surprised however if he were born around the noon hour giving him a Cancer ascendant. If this is the case I suspect that he will be moving along with you and not staying put. This could be because he gets an interesting offer from one of the companies you sent his resume to or because he does not get the job at the Limbo Company. You match up too well to have divorce enter the picture, as I'm sure you are well aware. Changes are apparent and the opportunity to make a move looks good. I'd be putting your house on the market if you own it or looking for a place to live closer to your birth place come October with hopes of selling your house or making your move sometime before the end of the year.

I hope you will answer my letter. I beg you to. There is a man I have been seeing for 9 months. He works at the same office but in a different department. The problem is that he is still married. He keeps on extending the date to separate from his wife saying he has to do it because of his kids. I do understand his situation, but sometimes I feel like I am getting used unintentionally. I know he wouldn't purposely hurt me. I live alone. And it's so lonely without him. At work he is such a distraction, because I always think about him.
I love him very much, but my life was turned upside down because of him. I am emotionally very unstable. Could you please advice me if I should pursue this any more. I am thinking of finding another job, since it would be easier to forget him that way. His date of birth is 08/13/1954 6.45pm and mine is October 4, 1971, at 10:25 PM. Yes you do match up to your Leo friend but he is in a situation that is not healthy for you. I believe that you should back away, change your job if necessary and get on with your life. If he is serious about you and leaving his family he will do so. As for you sitting around and waiting you should stop doing so immediately. Whether you think he is using you or not, he is. Right now he has two women in his life that he is hurting along with his son. You are going through your Saturn return this year and that will make you depressed as well as cause you to reevaluate your situation. This year is a make it or break it period for you. As for him, I would have thought that if he was planning to leave his family he would have done so a couple of years ago. If you continue to wait around for him he will have no desire or need to make the necessary changes. His chart indicates that he is extremely changeable regarding his feelings and his relationships. He is wishy-washy about love and can be a bit of a player. Be careful what you wish for. If he can cheat on his wife and son he will certainly be able to cheat on you.

I have always read that a Taurus and a Leo is not a good match. I was born on May 11, around 2:00am 1976. My boyfriend of four years was born on 3 August 1976, I am not sure of the time. We are talking about getting married, but worry that the two of us are rather proud, stubborn people and will not be able to compromise.

You are both very proud and stubborn and I'm sure that you do butt heads every once in a while but the comparison itself denotes that you have enough that is favorable between your charts to make it work. No relationship is easy - they all take work, compromise and understanding regardless of the signs involved. Although Leo and Taurus is not the best Sun sign match you have enough Gemini, Libra and Sagittarius in your chart and he has enough Taurus, Virgo and Scorpio in his chart to make this relationship work. Your most difficult transits will be occurring over the next three years so if you can make it through this next period you should be able to make it through anything. Getting married and having a family etc. can be very stressful and with the type of transits you have headed your way I would say that this would be your adjustment period into matrimony. All you can do is try your best to form a future together based on what both of you have to offer, to be patient with one another especially over the next few years and to know that coming up will be the most difficult period of your relationship.
