I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.

For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.

I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

Dear Eugenia,

Thank you for providing this service for self-exploration. These days my computer is on auto pilot to your I Ching feature; although he has proven insightful, I would like the chance of experiencing the human element of your web site.Here goes.... My husband and I are both Aries, and have totally different personality traits. I was born 24/03/1960, at 2 AM. My husband birth date is 22/03/1961, I do not know his time of birth. I am energetic, motivated, outgoing, competitive; he is passive, laid back, doesn't like change. When we were married in 1981, we moved over 1000 miles away from our birthplace and families. Since 1981 to now, we have experienced a lot of life, from our youngest son being diagnosed with Cancer, to loosing my father. Right now, we are in a position to re-evaluate our career paths, and move closer to home. In the small northern community that we live in, the health and education systems are in shambles. We decided last March to let our eldest son have the opportunity to go to a boarding school. He loved it, and will be returning this September. For me, it is very hard to have my 15-year-old son living away from home. I have taken the initiative of "doing" a resume for my husband and have sent it out to several places... and telling him after the fact. He is now getting responses for interviews. You see, the company that he works for is re-evaluating their economic viability, and have closed down operations for one year, while still maintaining all staffing levels. We are in limbo. He came home from work the other night, and said there was a job posting up for a job he would really like to apply for at this "Limbo Company", and that he liked to be "comfortable". I need change, and to be with my family... Does this mean DIVORCE COURT!!!

Just because you are born under the same sun sign does not mean that you have to be alike. A personalized chart is like your thumbprint. There are several differences that stand out between you and your husband's charts even without having his birth time. I wouldn't be surprised however if he were born around the noon hour giving him a Cancer ascendant. If this is the case I suspect that he will be moving along with you and not staying put. This could be because he gets an interesting offer from one of the companies you sent his resume to or because he does not get the job at the Limbo Company. You match up too well to have divorce enter the picture, as I'm sure you are well aware. Changes are apparent and the opportunity to make a move looks good. I'd be putting your house on the market if you own it or looking for a place to live closer to your birth place come October with hopes of selling your house or making your move sometime before the end of the year.

Article: From Virgo

Dear Eugenia,

I came to see you on the show, which was on my birth date of 2002. I came up with my c/l spouse. He even went on camera at the end to say what he thought of the information. His birth date is June 16, 1963; mine September 7, 1964, at 7:22 am. You had concern that with our match up the problems I have been facing for the past seven years that started as he and I started up as a couple, would be not good due to his areas overlapping with mine ie. health.

I watched your show after that to see our taping Show #3 I believe it was because I needed to understand what you had said further. Since that time, my health has gotten considerably worse, and I have no source of income, unless I am approved for CCP disab. I didn't ask for this life. I love him and he me, we have only known hardship since being together. Life is pretty rotten to me why?

The same problems still exist. With the way your two charts interact with one another it makes the medical and health area of your chart very difficult. I believe that the past two and a half years have probably resulted in health issues for you and I would like to say that your troubles in this area are over but I do believe that you will continue encounter medical problems. Regarding your disability the chance of getting this does appear to be getting better. You should have been working in the health industry, had you done so it may have helped you to ward off some of the transits that you have been fighting for such a long time. Being a health technician or involved in some form of medical research may have helped. Your comparison with your husband will not change and although you may love one another you don't benefit from this connection. Uncertainties will remain. I believe that with the amount of Virgo that you have situated in the twelfth house of your chart with your natal Saturn in Pisces in your sixth that the problems will always be yours not his and that unfortunately his chart having his natal Mercury and Venus in Gemini adversely positioned to your set up in Virgo and Pisces that as long as you are together hardship will prevail. This can make life difficult but if you truly want to be with one another the fight you go through as a couple should pull you closer together even if it does not bring favorable results from a medical standpoint. You also have a tendency to make yourself ill due to worry and stress and this must be something that you work on in order to turn things around. Secondly I suggest that you get involved in some form of educational pursuit that might allow you to pick up the required skills to either work or even volunteer to help out in some form in the medical industry. This more than anything else might help you situation improve. You may not see the value in what I am trying to tell you but I do believe that if you follow suit some improvements will unfold.

Article: The Haunting of Saturn Return

Hi Eugenia!

First of all thanks for taking the time to read my letter, but here goes my question it's pretty short and simple. I just found out about Saturn Return, my life has been very much upside down since June 2000, I'm working so hard to make the necessary changes and create a whole new life that'll work for me, but I'm curious to know when this whole Saturn Return will pass & things will start going my way without everything being such a pain in the butt. Your Saturn return hasn't hit you yet however with transiting Saturn moving through your first house it probably has already caused depression, questioning, difficulties within your personal life etc. Your actual Saturn return will be in affect between May 23, 2001 until July 1, 2001, coming back to haunt you between January 7, 2002 until March 12, 2002. Now before you freak out on me please read on. Saturn is a great disciplinarian. Your Saturn return is a period of reevaluation, change and a turning point in your life that should bring about good results if you do what you are supposed to do. If you settle and give up you can not expect to accomplish your dreams however if you reevaluate and make the necessary changes you will succeed. This is a pivotal point in your life that will help you grow, mature and turn your future into what you always wanted it to be. Up until this point it isn't likely that you had the experience, wisdom or know-how to do so. This is a time that can be extremely good if you are focused, determined and willing to put in the effort required to reach your goals.
