I have been friends with a lady for 5 years and we have been dating for 2 years of that time. I am Aries born 31/3/1978 not sure the time and my girlfriend was born 23/9/1971 not sure on time.
About 2 weeks ago she split with me one day and went straight over to another guy the next day. Even though she said she was going to think about us. I found out now that they have been fully seeing each other and she already says she loves him. Why I am writing to you is I was wondering what would have been the better match for her.
He was born on the 24/9/1973 not sure the time. What I have read on the net is a lot and I figured out that I think that she and I would have been a better match for each other than her and this other guy. Could you please tell me up front if a Libra and an Aries are better for each other than a Libra and Libra? Also I have read that Libras are big on flirting and so on and that Libra males are always on the look out for something better if it comes long is this true???

Sun Sign Astrology is a fun approach to the subject but not that realistic. When you run a comparison you really have to look at all the planets involved etc in order to see how well two people match. In the case of your ex-girlfriend (I might add that she is really a much stronger Virgo) she does happen to match up better to her Libra friend. You my friend are best to put her behind you and start looking forward to the transits you have coming up later this year for love and romance. Even if she leaves her Libra friends and tries to get back together with you it really isn't worth your while. You match up well to the sign Libra however just not to this one. You also do well with Aries, Gemini, Leo, Scorpio, Sagittarius and Aquarius. As for your friend - she is going through a make it or break it period where love is concerned. With regard to her new boyfriend - he is a strong Libra and yes they are flirts and usually looking for someone who is flawless so they do tend to jump to whoever appears to be perfect but in this particular Libras case he has his natal Venus in the sign Scorpio well aspected to his natal Saturn in Cancer and that is usually an indication that he will be devoted to his lover and even possibly jealous and controlling - now that could push her away eventually. As for you - get on with your life and don't look back. She isn't your soul mate.

I have been using this wonderful site even before its Japanese version opened! I would like to ask your opinion on two men who are currently in my life. My birthday is 7/8/1973, and I was born around 7. I have been with this Gemini guy (6/15/1975) for five years. We maintained a steady, comfortable, and very fun relationship since meeting each other in college. But about a year ago, I found out that he cheated on me. He deeply regrets hurting me and promises me that he would never cheat on me again. I still care about him and hope that we could be a happy couple again. We have been trying to work things out but I still feel insecure. I fear that he will hurt me again in the future. Then, there is another guy, a Leo whose birthday is 8/5/75. We work together in a design office. Not only he is an attractive young man, but also he has been a great inspiration for me in my design work. We are pursuing the same career, so we share the same interests naturally. He is breaking up with his current girlfriend (don't know her birthday) and I am still involved with a Gemini guy, so we don't have anything going on at this moment. You do match up well to both men in question however your current Gemini boyfriend's comparison to you does indicate emotional deception. In the case of your Leo friend some sorrow is evident. I believe that you are sitting between a rock and a hard place. For the time being I feel that you have to give your Gemini partner more time to build a strong friendship with your Leo. After all lovers come and go but friends are with you forever. The only other alternative that you have is to back away from both and take some time for yourself. However, if you do so you may lose out on both counts. Your chart indicates that you are in a high cycle where work and meeting important and influential people are concerned, building friendships and pleasure travel. It is obvious with transiting Neptune sitting opposite to your natal Venus for the past couple of months that you will be confused regarding love and although you will get some relief from July until mid January it will come back to haunt you at that time on and off until the early part of 2004. Now that doesn't mean that you can't have a good relationship it just means that you will go through periods of confusion as well as temptations regarding secret affairs or the person you are with cheating on you. It can be a highly creative period and a great time to expand where your professional goals are concerned.

I've been divorced for 2 years now. I've had two failed relationships since. Both were Scorpios. I'm a Sagittarius female born December 17, 1970, at 8:30 PM.. My ex is a Libra. I believe my best match to be with either Leo (my moon sign and the sign in my 7th house). or Aquarius (my rising sign). However, I never seem to be able to attract Leos or Aquarians. I seem to get a lot of Libras, Scorpios, and Capricorns. What's up with that? I really would like to find my soul mate which I believe is either a Leo or Aquarius. I am hoping that I am not meant to be alone the rest of mylife. I'm only 31 with 2 children. I guess what I really want to know is if there is a true lasting love in my future? Will I ever marry again?

It's not that simple. Yes you do have your Moon in Leo and that sign on your seventh house cusp and Aquarius rising which in most cases would mean that these signs are good for you and will be attracted to you especially being born under the sign Sagittarius however in your case you have Your Venus, Mars and Jupiter in the sign Scorpio at an adverse angle to your Leo and Moon and your rising sign. This is the reason you can't attract either sign and if you did it probably wouldn't work. Libra doesn't work because that is the sign that falls in your eighth house of dead end projects. All that said you do match up well to those born under the signs Aries, Taurus, Cancer and Capricorn. The possibility that love will open up for you is in the picture now however if you don't get out you may miss a great opportunity. Consider joining a reputable dating service or join groups that interest you for best results. If you sit at home it won't happen.
