I have been friends with a lady for 5 years and we have been dating for 2 years of that time. I am Aries born 31/3/1978 not sure the time and my girlfriend was born 23/9/1971 not sure on time.
About 2 weeks ago she split with me one day and went straight over to another guy the next day. Even though she said she was going to think about us. I found out now that they have been fully seeing each other and she already says she loves him. Why I am writing to you is I was wondering what would have been the better match for her.
He was born on the 24/9/1973 not sure the time. What I have read on the net is a lot and I figured out that I think that she and I would have been a better match for each other than her and this other guy. Could you please tell me up front if a Libra and an Aries are better for each other than a Libra and Libra? Also I have read that Libras are big on flirting and so on and that Libra males are always on the look out for something better if it comes long is this true???

Sun Sign Astrology is a fun approach to the subject but not that realistic. When you run a comparison you really have to look at all the planets involved etc in order to see how well two people match. In the case of your ex-girlfriend (I might add that she is really a much stronger Virgo) she does happen to match up better to her Libra friend. You my friend are best to put her behind you and start looking forward to the transits you have coming up later this year for love and romance. Even if she leaves her Libra friends and tries to get back together with you it really isn't worth your while. You match up well to the sign Libra however just not to this one. You also do well with Aries, Gemini, Leo, Scorpio, Sagittarius and Aquarius. As for your friend - she is going through a make it or break it period where love is concerned. With regard to her new boyfriend - he is a strong Libra and yes they are flirts and usually looking for someone who is flawless so they do tend to jump to whoever appears to be perfect but in this particular Libras case he has his natal Venus in the sign Scorpio well aspected to his natal Saturn in Cancer and that is usually an indication that he will be devoted to his lover and even possibly jealous and controlling - now that could push her away eventually. As for you - get on with your life and don't look back. She isn't your soul mate.

Dear Eugenia,
Where do I begin as the song says! Since the end of December my life has completely changed. My mother fell very ill nearly died and as a result she is no longer able to live alone. My sister and I agreed that we would never put my mom in a nursing home. So, I moved to a bigger house and moved 2 households into one. My adult children live with me too. I have a job where I like the work I do, but my boss is very verbally abusive, and have been working on making some professional changes (do you show anything in my chart in that regard??)Don't get me wrong, I am not complaining, I am on a Spiritual Path and I know that all these situations are just lessons being learned.
My question to you though is this; According to my chart do you see any particular endeavors that would be better than another for me to pursue? I am now in the travel industry. I have experience in the hospitality industry as well. Healing, Hypnosis (I have certification) and NLP are my love though. I guess what I'm trying to say is I don't know what I want to do when I grow up?? Do you have any suggestions or ideas?? Any help would be great, I would really appreciated it. You are right about making changes. Your chart indicates that you should be concentrating on your work, money and career. Over the course of the next three years you will have plenty of opportunities to forge ahead in whichever field you decide to pursue. Your chart indicates that you like the unusual and you like to help others. You also show great promise regarding communications, travel, hospitality and so on. I feel that because of this you are probably best to make your money in the later area and take time to enjoy the spiritual path that you desire on the side. Know one should have to put up with an abusive boss. I suggest that you start looking for a new position, if you get your resume out into the market or you approach a headhunter in your industry you should be able to land a decent position between now and the end of September. You will be in a high cycle regarding career moves, changes and advancement during the first half of next year as well. You've taken on a lot but you also have a very giving and loving personality. Romantically you will be in a high cycle throughout next year. Partnerships will be in the picture during the second half of the year. Don't hold back, you can do it all. I like the Aries Scorpio connection because both signs are ruled by the planet Mars. They tend to really compliment one another in most cases and unlike most signs Scorpio can usually keep up to the fast paced Aries. In your case however your partner is not that strong an Aries and although he thinks like one that's about as far as it goes. This relationship appears to be of a karmic nature and although I'm not quite sure what you have to resolve I do believe that it has something to do with money, health and one of you having to take care of the other. With his natal Venus squaring your natal Neptune in your ninth and his third house I believe there will be some sorrow that will develop that probably has to do with friends and relatives and communication. It will be important if you want this relationship to run smoothly and go the distance that you act as one. In other words there can be no other person who takes precedence over the two of you. You must totally stick up for one another regardless and treat the rest of the people in your lives as outsiders. If you can do that I believe that it can work at least for a relatively long period of time. His rising sign falls in your eighth house and yours in his fifth. This could create a problem where children/pregnancy is concerned. Make sure that you both have the same idea of where you see yourself in ten or twenty years before you decide to take the big matrimonial step into the future.
