I have been friends with a lady for 5 years and we have been dating for 2 years of that time. I am Aries born 31/3/1978 not sure the time and my girlfriend was born 23/9/1971 not sure on time.
About 2 weeks ago she split with me one day and went straight over to another guy the next day. Even though she said she was going to think about us. I found out now that they have been fully seeing each other and she already says she loves him. Why I am writing to you is I was wondering what would have been the better match for her.
He was born on the 24/9/1973 not sure the time. What I have read on the net is a lot and I figured out that I think that she and I would have been a better match for each other than her and this other guy. Could you please tell me up front if a Libra and an Aries are better for each other than a Libra and Libra? Also I have read that Libras are big on flirting and so on and that Libra males are always on the look out for something better if it comes long is this true???

Sun Sign Astrology is a fun approach to the subject but not that realistic. When you run a comparison you really have to look at all the planets involved etc in order to see how well two people match. In the case of your ex-girlfriend (I might add that she is really a much stronger Virgo) she does happen to match up better to her Libra friend. You my friend are best to put her behind you and start looking forward to the transits you have coming up later this year for love and romance. Even if she leaves her Libra friends and tries to get back together with you it really isn't worth your while. You match up well to the sign Libra however just not to this one. You also do well with Aries, Gemini, Leo, Scorpio, Sagittarius and Aquarius. As for your friend - she is going through a make it or break it period where love is concerned. With regard to her new boyfriend - he is a strong Libra and yes they are flirts and usually looking for someone who is flawless so they do tend to jump to whoever appears to be perfect but in this particular Libras case he has his natal Venus in the sign Scorpio well aspected to his natal Saturn in Cancer and that is usually an indication that he will be devoted to his lover and even possibly jealous and controlling - now that could push her away eventually. As for you - get on with your life and don't look back. She isn't your soul mate.

I would like to know what's in store for my son. He is in a band and has been writing music for many years. He is the lead singer and guitarist. I thought I recognized you there the night he was playing at Raxx, on April 24th. He was born Sept.8/82 at 6:56 pm. in Brampton Ont. He is very dedicated to his music but he just isn?t getting any breaks! If I could get a chart done for me my husband and boys that would be great! Please let me know how it could be done. You did see me at Raxx that April evening. We actually were there to watch your son perform. Your son?s chart does indicate that he has some talent and although he has chosen a very competitive and difficult professional direction I believe that everyone must follow there life dream especially at his age. He definitely should be working in a creative vocation and music is not a bad choice. It is important however that he is also supporting his addiction to his art so hopefully he is working as well. I usually try to get people to at least work in some capacity in the industry of choice. In his case he should be working at a music store or trying to get a position at a record company, or representing a line of musical products for one of the major companies or perhaps working for Socan, or teaching music etc. I believe that serves two purposes. One it helps to pay his bills and two it keeps him working within the industry allowing him to make contacts that will help him get ahead. Unfortunately in the industry that he has chosen it is who you know as well as how much talent you have. I think your son has a great voice and that he has to make some choices with regard to how he wants to present himself. He has been going through many changes the past year and if not working he should be considering going to college to learn more about the recording industry and technical end of the business. This will also benefit him along the way. He will be going through some transits in a couple of years that can result in recognition for his talent. How much recognition and how big the reward will be directly linked to what he does now to prepare. This may require him to change some of his associations along with aligning himself with some other people in the industry. He should be looking at career moves, education and networking with whomever he can that has a foothold in the industry. I believe that if he does so he will experience some success beginning in late 2006. Regarding your second question ? I'm giving this one more try. I've sent an email to you in the past, however even though unanswered I wasn't really getting to the point. So here goes. When I met my husband in 1993, I thought for sure that he was my soul mate (his dob: 4/21/65/ my dob: 6/15/63). Before I met him, I met a palm reader who told me many things that came true, including that I would meet my soul mate. Things were going well, however this year I find myself questioning if he is the "one". I never gave it a thought a few years ago, but now I'm wondering. I've also found much interest in a man that I work with (4/10/66) and am trying very hard not to think of him other than a friend and co-worker. But I'm having such a hard time. It's not just a feeling of attraction, but a very strong feeling of a connection with this person for some reason. Am I totally out of line feeling this way or could there be something there.

You don't actually match up all that well to either of the men in question. The reason why you are in doubt of the relationship with your husband at this time is because the natal Venus and Mercury in your chart are conjunct transiting Jupiter while your natal Mars, Uranus and Pluto are being squared by Jupiter. This can cause confusion, a need to make changes in your relationship and erratic behavior on your part. I would guess that part of the reason you find yourself attracted to the Aries at work is because you are already dissatisfied with your relationship with your Taurus husband. I think that you have a lot of thinking to do and that you may want to seek counseling in order to help you work through your feelings. It appears to me that you will also be meeting many more potential mates over the course of the next two years and that you will face on going problems if you don't deal with your marriage quickly. Question your true feelings for your husband and start the communications rolling either with him, a counselor or both. You need to make the necessary changes in order to get on with your life. You actually match up well to those born under the signs Leo, Libra, Sagittarius and Aquarius. You do work well with Aries but it isn't wise for you to mix business with pleasure.
