Hello Eugenia!

I'm a female Aquarian with a Sagittarius moon and Pisces ascendant. I'm wondering what to do with my life. I quit work last December because, while I was good at what I was doing, I wasn't happy. I'm wondering if I should push myself in a more creative direction, but money is tight. I'm actually terrified of what I think I want - my family and friends would not like it, also, I've grown accustomed to using hope as an excuse to look forward to the future: Maybe one day I'll be doing something I like and getting rewarded for it.

I think life would be much easier if we were born with little instruction books which told us our life expectancy, where to find our partners, how many children we might have - if any, what job we were designed for and a step-by-step breakdown of our destiny; maybe wanting instructions is laziness, but I'm exhausted from living. I probably think too much. I went for a reading recently and I was told that I need to take a break... but I am taking a break and it's not helping me figure anything out.

Any clues to what's eating me or where I should go, what I should do?

Hello Aquarius

You aren't the only Aquarius who is confused right now but nothing so serious that a little creativity and following your dreams can't fix. We were all born with what I like to call a road map of our lives. That is what an astrological chart is. You my friend were born with a splash chart and that makes you quite capable of doing many different things. It is very common for you to be reevaluating your life and your future direction. This is a pivotal period, a time to size up what you have done with your life up until this point and what the possibilities are for the future. This is your decision - no one else's and you have to make the alterations that will please you the most. If you want to pursue something creative the next couple of years is the time to do so. Don't look back too long or you will waste the opportunity to follow your heart. Take the plunge and give yourself a chance to find your niche. The worst case scenario is not trying to achieve your dreams and looking back in fifteen years when you go through your second half-life Saturn and you say to yourself could of, should of would of. Don't fall victim to having regrets because you didn't take the initiative - just do it - the time is right.

Article: Searching for a Soulmate

Hello Eugenia,

I am a great fan of yours. You seem to provide enough info about the future so people can make sense of their lives. I am one of those people. I am truly confused. The beginning Dec. 6 of 1999 I meet a young man who had responded to a personal ad I had posted. Once we got talking I had a sense that this person was my soul mate. We could write e-mails that could make a book within days. Well I decided to visit him over my spring break. The experience was great, but he recently told me that him and his ex girlfriend are slowly getting back together. I was wondering if we still have a chance and if not how can I move on? Article: Emotions Running the Gamut

Dear Ms. Last:

I don't know how many letters you have received regarding gay relationships, but I'm sure this won't be your first. I've been with my boyfriend for three months now, he is an Aquarius born on February 12, 1979. I am a Cancer born on July 8, 1978, at 2:11 in the afternoon.

We've been experiencing some difficulties within the integrity of the relationship. As a Cancer, I tend to be very smothering, and sometimes I can inundate an individual too much. My boyfriend recently told me that he wants to take a break because he is confused. He became very cold and insipid in the last week, and seemed to be very standoffish. Dear Cancer

The area in your chart that deals with relationships is going through a make it or break it period. The summer is a perfect time for you to take a break from your confused Aquarius partner. You need time as well. You are correct to say that your comparison wasn?t great, workable yes, but not easy. I can tell that you will be coming into a high cycle next summer that should bring someone into your life who is probably better for you. If you let this Aquarius fill the void in your life he will only be standing in the way when someone terrific wants to be with you. This could cause you to miss out on a relationship that could be the love of your life. Your Aquarius is going through a period that is extremely confusing.
