Hello Eugenia!

I'm a female Aquarian with a Sagittarius moon and Pisces ascendant. I'm wondering what to do with my life. I quit work last December because, while I was good at what I was doing, I wasn't happy. I'm wondering if I should push myself in a more creative direction, but money is tight. I'm actually terrified of what I think I want - my family and friends would not like it, also, I've grown accustomed to using hope as an excuse to look forward to the future: Maybe one day I'll be doing something I like and getting rewarded for it.

I think life would be much easier if we were born with little instruction books which told us our life expectancy, where to find our partners, how many children we might have - if any, what job we were designed for and a step-by-step breakdown of our destiny; maybe wanting instructions is laziness, but I'm exhausted from living. I probably think too much. I went for a reading recently and I was told that I need to take a break... but I am taking a break and it's not helping me figure anything out.

Any clues to what's eating me or where I should go, what I should do?

You aren't the only Aquarius who is confused right now but nothing so serious that a little creativity and following your dreams can't fix. We were all born with what I like to call a road map of our lives. That is what an astrological chart is. You my friend were born with a splash chart and that makes you quite capable of doing many different things. You are coming into lots of changes over the next few years especially where vocation, studying and traveling to distant lands are concerned. You are coming into your first Saturn return next year and this is what I refer to as the maturing time in a person's life. It is very common for you to be reevaluating your life and your future direction. This is a pivotal period, a time to size up what you have done with your life up until this point and what the possibilities are for the future. This is your decision - no one else's and you have to make the alterations that will please you the most. If you want to pursue something creative the next couple of years is the time to do so. Don't look back too long or you will waste the opportunity to follow your heart. Take the plunge and give yourself a chance to find your niche. The worst case scenario is not trying to achieve your dreams and looking back in fifteen years when you go through your second half-life Saturn and you say to yourself could of, should of would of. Don't fall victim to having regrets because you didn't take the initiative - just do it - the time is right.

Article: A Bachelor at Heart

Dear Eugenia,

I have been in love with my husband for a very long time. Our relationship has weathered many ups and downs but the past few years have been particularly difficult. He has been unfaithful and is currently unable to make a decision between staying and recommitting to our marriage or not. I was born on april29/55 (@ 5:55pm). He is a Scorpio (November 17/55). With all that we have been through (on a variety of levels) my heart still hopes for an honest chance at happiness. I can't bear this pain.

I can understand your position. As a Taurus with a strong Cancer and Scorpio influence you don't really relish disruptions of any kind especially when it has to do with your home, family and security. The comparison with your husband was okay but it did lack some pizzazz. He may be a Scorpio but when it comes to love and romance he has his natal Venus in the sign Sagittarius and that is usually an indication that married or not he will always be a bachelor at heart. I think it's time to set him free and get on with your life. You have a lot to offer and can still find love and romance with someone more worthy of your loyalty, dedication and devotion. You need to start doing the activities you used to enjoy, get back into the swing of things. It may be frightening at first but you will be fine. I feel that if your husband saw you as a challenge he may want to reconcile, however if I were you, I'd think long and hard before I'd jump into that situation again. Article: The Scorpion's Scar

Dear Eugenia,

I have known this boy which I will call J for about 2 years. I knew him from the time I accidentally knocked him down with my bicycle and sent him to the hospital. We have been dating since. However, everyone despises him because he has a scar on his forehead. My father (my mum's passed away) is sure that he was once a gangster and declared that he would not let me be with a gangster. The problem is, I know he is not a gangster and that he got the scar when he was 6 years old through an unfortunate incident but there is no way my father or anyone will change their views about him, despite the fact he's a polite and helpful man. J likes me a lot and vice versa. I could tell his sex drive is great because he always seems to be looking at me in a 'weird sort of way' but he respects my decision to remain a virgin till marriage. You didn?t specify your boyfriend?s year of birth and that can make my assessment difficult. However, I can tell you that honesty is the best policy and that you should sit down and talk to your father. Let him know how strongly you feel and how much it means to you that he make an effort to get to know your Scorpio friend better. You have an interesting chart that shows great promise in an area that deals with your career.
