I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I was born January 9th, 1968 at 10:00 P.M. It seems that too often when I read up on Capricorn, there is some type of foreboding or conflict pending, especially of late. Is there some sort of alignment somewhere creating this, and if so when will it change for the better. I have taken on a new business venture that is growing, but there seems to have been a great deal of obstacles slowing things down along the way. I was going insane emotionally and mentally, and so was my partner, who couldn't understand (as a witness), why there were so many delays with so much input on my part. My relationship suffered because of it. Do you know what's going on out there?

Well yes indeed there have been a couple of transiting planets (Saturn and Jupiter) playing havoc with your sign and to top it off other parts of your chart have also been afflicted by Uranus and Neptune as well. One of the most important transits that moved into your chart last fall and will remain with you until late this fall can cause you to expand too fast, take on too much etc so it is important that you don't move or grow too quickly. Transiting Saturn has been moving through the sign Cancer your polar opposite and this can cause limitations, frustrations, setback and obstacles which is exactly what you have been experiencing. This transit will be moving off your chart mid summer bringing you some relief. In the late fall when Jupiter moves into the sign Scorpio for approximately one year you will find that the tables will begin to turn in your favor in many different areas of your life from business to personal. Capricorns are very self-sufficient so they tend to move along even through the difficult times fixing things along the way. You didn't include your partners birth data however I'm sure he or she will be glad to hear that you do have better times heading your way. The area of your chart that deals with partnerships has been experiencing grief as well however this should begin to clear up the second half of this year and throughout next so you should be able to make amends.

I was born on October 25, 1962 at 1:20 p.m. and I am writing you to see if you can help me. I have had a pretty rough life, and decided three years ago that I would do what I have always wanted and that is to be an actress. I have since been on television and film sets and have seen numerous people that others would love to see, and have actually met a few and had conversations with them. That is all fine and grand, but I have had a job offer from a Model Management company and am now the regional manager for them. What I want to know is am I ever going to get a speaking part for television or film and make it as a working actress. I really want to make this life time dream come true. I am starting college in January to get a degree in Dramatic Arts. I have been approached by clairvoyants telling me they can help me, that I am in my lucky time and they can help me succeed, but they of course want money that I don't have. So could you please tell me if I am on the right path and if I will ever make it as a working actress. This has been my life long dream and I want it very badly, more than anything in life. Could you please help and help me with your insight to this matter.

It will be important to give it your all and to do the appropriate leg-work in order to get to where you want to go. Hard work, determination and pushing to meet the right people will be required. Success is not always measured by fame and fortune it is truly the person who loves what they do for a living that is successful. I must say that after reading through many people's questions and all your responses, you are one busy woman. Thanks for taking all that time to help people who need answers. I am a Leo, born August 16, 1978 at 5:55 a.m. Two years ago I enrolled in a college program that I knew was meant for me. My hard work and dedication paid off this summer because I was able to get a job in the industry I want to pursue. I know that I still have one year left to complete the program, but this job means a lot to me. Two partners own the business and I am the only employee. The problem is because one of the partners arrived at the company a couple of months ago and it was evident from the start that we did not get along. I'm sorry I don't know when her birthday is, but I can tell you that she is impatient, demeaning and at times can act hurtful. I know that the experience I'm getting here will help me when I graduate, but some days it's really hard to go to work and spend an entire day dealing with her attitude and her mood swings. I feel like I'm walking on eggshells and don't really want to confront her because I couldn't imagine her reaction. Can you give me any advice? What's more important: getting the experience or my self-esteem for a few more months? Thank you for looking my letter over.

You?ve got a promising chart and someday you will probably run your own business. For now, bite the bullet and put up with your boss?s bad attitude. Be thankful that you only have to work there for a short while and look at it as the experience you need to get you where you want to go. A clean slate and a good reference will be worth its weight in gold. I think that most people when starting in the work force meet one or two individuals who are impossible to work for. You have to feel sorry for these individuals who are so moody and hard to please. It?s obvious that they don?t lead very happy lives. As for you, your chart indicates that you may be over-reacting just a little and that you can be too sensitive with those you work with and for. You are born to lead and therefore it makes it difficult for you to take orders. Work hard now and you will be the boss later. You have what it takes to do well and you can make an excellent employer in the future. It?s too bad that you didn?t have her birth date, I may have been able to give you a couple of hints as to how you could handle her better and what she might be going through to cause such horrible mood swings.
