I have decided to put more time and energy into my research. It’s been a pleasure to answer your emails and to help you through some of life’s tough journeys. Everyone who has participated in my Dear Eugenia column has enriched my life and I hope I have improved yours as well.
For those of you who wish to contribute birth data to my research, please enter your information to my medical astrology research listed on my home page. This research is explicitly dealing with cancer and mental health – addiction illness. The focus is on early diagnosis and preventative medicine.
I want to stress how important it is to submit complete and accurate birth data – the time and place of birth.

I was born January 9th, 1968 at 10:00 P.M. It seems that too often when I read up on Capricorn, there is some type of foreboding or conflict pending, especially of late. Is there some sort of alignment somewhere creating this, and if so when will it change for the better. I have taken on a new business venture that is growing, but there seems to have been a great deal of obstacles slowing things down along the way. I was going insane emotionally and mentally, and so was my partner, who couldn't understand (as a witness), why there were so many delays with so much input on my part. My relationship suffered because of it. Do you know what's going on out there?

Well yes indeed there have been a couple of transiting planets (Saturn and Jupiter) playing havoc with your sign and to top it off other parts of your chart have also been afflicted by Uranus and Neptune as well. One of the most important transits that moved into your chart last fall and will remain with you until late this fall can cause you to expand too fast, take on too much etc so it is important that you don't move or grow too quickly. Transiting Saturn has been moving through the sign Cancer your polar opposite and this can cause limitations, frustrations, setback and obstacles which is exactly what you have been experiencing. This transit will be moving off your chart mid summer bringing you some relief. In the late fall when Jupiter moves into the sign Scorpio for approximately one year you will find that the tables will begin to turn in your favor in many different areas of your life from business to personal. Capricorns are very self-sufficient so they tend to move along even through the difficult times fixing things along the way. You didn't include your partners birth data however I'm sure he or she will be glad to hear that you do have better times heading your way. The area of your chart that deals with partnerships has been experiencing grief as well however this should begin to clear up the second half of this year and throughout next so you should be able to make amends.

There's really not as much of a "problem" as there are questions. I have been dating my boyfriend for four and a half months. This is the second time we have dated; we dated for six months about two years ago. Our relationship before was not a great one, but I have always had a place for him in my heart. We went two years without seeing each other once. We haven't left each others side since we ran into each other at a restaurant four and a half months ago. This "go around" is nothing like last time. We have a wonderful relationship. We intend on getting married some time next year. I wanted to know if you are able to tell me if you see this relationship succeeding. I believe that it will, but I wanted to know if you could let me know how you see this turning out. The comparison is good and I think you have a terrific chance at making this one work as long as you keep your communication open and honest. You have been in a high cycle regarding love, romance and having someone good from your past come back into your life since August of last year so your timing is right. It may be time to change companies altogether. You didn't give me your boss's birth data so I can't tell you what his problem is but I can tell by your chart that it isn't your fault. The only thing that might be resting on your shoulders is that you may be overreacting and perhaps a talk with your boss or another superior in the company would help. Your chart indicates that you will be in a much better position where professional gains are concerned beginning this time next year so don't dismay things will get better. Regarding love you should be able to meet someone next year especially if you decide to get involved in a church group or another organization that you feel does important work. The more you get out the better your chances are of meeting Mr. Right.
