I was born January 9th, 1968 at 10:00 P.M. It seems that too often when I read up on Capricorn, there is some type of foreboding or conflict pending, especially of late. Is there some sort of alignment somewhere creating this, and if so when will it change for the better. I have taken on a new business venture that is growing, but there seems to have been a great deal of obstacles slowing things down along the way. I was going insane emotionally and mentally, and so was my partner, who couldn't understand (as a witness), why there were so many delays with so much input on my part. My relationship suffered because of it. Do you know what's going on out there?

Well yes indeed there have been a couple of transiting planets (Saturn and Jupiter) playing havoc with your sign and to top it off other parts of your chart have also been afflicted by Uranus and Neptune as well. One of the most important transits that moved into your chart last fall and will remain with you until late this fall can cause you to expand too fast, take on too much etc so it is important that you don't move or grow too quickly. Transiting Saturn has been moving through the sign Cancer your polar opposite and this can cause limitations, frustrations, setback and obstacles which is exactly what you have been experiencing. This transit will be moving off your chart mid summer bringing you some relief. In the late fall when Jupiter moves into the sign Scorpio for approximately one year you will find that the tables will begin to turn in your favor in many different areas of your life from business to personal. Capricorns are very self-sufficient so they tend to move along even through the difficult times fixing things along the way. You didn't include your partners birth data however I'm sure he or she will be glad to hear that you do have better times heading your way. The area of your chart that deals with partnerships has been experiencing grief as well however this should begin to clear up the second half of this year and throughout next so you should be able to make amends.

My DOB: 01-31-1979 5:30pm. The DOB of my boyfriend: 06-01-1979 9:10am

I am interested in astrology and have read many books on this subject. Therefore, I quite understand myself. But I want to know more about interpersonal relationships. For example, how can I find out the solutions to conflicts.

I write to you to talk about the relationship with my boyfriend. Although I have checked the compatibility from romance section on your site, the percentages we got are different. I guess the higher percentage I got, the more suitable I would be to him. Is it like that?

My natal moon was in Pisces, so I always have an insecure feeling when it comes to love. I am afraid to be hurt. Since the Venus was in the fifth house (Sagittarius), I should be able to release this feeling. But why do I care whether my lover be serious to me and whether I am the only lover for him? Why do I always think of him? Both his natal Venus and Mars are in Taurus, he should be serious and possessive when it comes to love. But he is also a sun Gemini and Moon Leo. I am afraid that he may lose interest in me or in this relation very soon. May I know in more details about his attitude towards love? What will happen between us? What kinds of problems we may have and how to tackle them?

The comparison is workable however like all relationships it isn't perfect. You will not always agree with one another and at times I believe that you may both lack honesty regarding what it is you truly want out of life. His natal Neptune being in Sagittarius conjunct your natal Neptune and Venus in an area that deals with children could result in sorrow regarding pregnancy, raising children or even agreeing on having children. In his birth chart his natal Neptune is opposite his natal Mercury and this can result in evading issues or not being completely upfront with you. It will be important that you both communicate openly and honestly in order to build your relationship on solid ground. With your natal Moon adversely aspected to your natal Venus conjunct Neptune it makes it difficult for you to feel secure regarding affairs of the heart. This is something that you will have to work on by building your own self-esteem and confidence. If you feel good about yourself your insecurities will diminish. This relationship can work but you must not be so needy. Your man is a Gemini but when it comes to love he does have his natal Venus in Taurus and that is usually a sign of loyalty, stability and staying power however with his Mercury in Gemini you are right in assuming that you will have to keep up with him in order to stimulate his mind. You are both moving into a period that is more conducive to settling down over the course of the next two to three years. If you talk to one another about your likes, dislikes, needs and desires you should be able to move forward in a positive manner.

Dear Eugenia

I have been separated and divorced from my Capricorn ex-husband (January 12, 1953, 10:23 a.m.) for seven years. We have two daughters together, one nineteen (September 13, 11.22 a.m. living with him and one (Feb 10, 1985, 10:53 a.m.) living with me. It has been a difficult divorce and caused much pain for all of us. Not my idea. I have been on my own ever since. I have dated occasionally but never got past the first date. I recently gave up the house and moved into a small apartment so my daughter could be nearer her father and sister. She is much happier, has a boyfriend and I rarely see her. Two weeks ago I went to an English Country Dance and was approached by an older gentleman (January 1, 1934, 12:15 a.m.) who has been courting me ever since. He takes me dancing and for dinner. He is an ex drama and English teacher, and an actor. Teaching drama and English is the profession I have just completed training for, and I have a background in acting and film. He loves to travel as do I. He has been separated from his wife of 18 years for one year. My concern is that he is another Capricorn, and I am a Cancer (July 14, 1943, 6:05 p.m.) I have Saturn in Gemini opposition Moon in the seventh house and that means difficulty in relationships. I think I may get myself into trouble again in a relationship with another Capricorn. He is sweet and kind and generous and seems to like me a lot. I have been alone for seven years, putting my daughter and my education first. Is this a father thing? Does it have a chance? Should I just enjoy it for the time being and not expect anything? I am used to a younger man, but nobody that age is interested in a fifty-seven year old woman with a teenaged daughter. I look much younger. Should I accept this graciously, or keep looking. Do you see another major relationship for me, or just casual dating? Is this the one?

Your Capricorn friend only has his natal Sun in that sign. He has a strong Aquarius influence with his Mercury in the youthful playboy sign Sagittarius. Keep in mind as well that most Capricorn's are old when they are young and young when they are old. This is not an ordinary man and you do match up quite well to him. I feel that there is some deception in this relationship, however I believe that it is within you not him.
