My birth is 07/12/1968 I was in a relationship for about 2yrs we got engage and broke it off because we couldn't touch ground with each other so we decided to brake it off in 2006. His birthday is 01/2/1968 and we work at the same job we don't talk to each other any more and it hurts me because I still have feeling for him but I don't no if he still cares for me. Astrological compatibility is often misinterpreted due to Sun Sign astrology. Although matching up Sun Signs can be fun it isn't accurate. In your case you have Libra rising with two planets in that sign and the Sign Aries in an area of your chart that deals with relationships making you compatible to both Libra and Aries. In the case of your Libra friend he has his Moon in Scorpio compatible to your Cancer Sun and natal Mars. His natal Venus is in Scorpio another water sign compatible to your Cancer Sun and Mars. I must caution however that the entire comparison isn't favorable. Like all relationships problems exist. Although I believe that you are both being honest with one another you are obviously having an affair and you aren't being honest with your other partners. You should back up and get your current relationships in order before you go any further.

It may be time to change companies altogether. You didn't give me your boss's birth data so I can't tell you what his problem is but I can tell by your chart that it isn't your fault. The only thing that might be resting on your shoulders is that you may be overreacting and perhaps a talk with your boss or another superior in the company would help. Your chart indicates that you will be in a much better position where professional gains are concerned beginning this time next year so don't dismay things will get better.
